I stopped in here for lunch after having a facial a few doors down at Look Med Spa. I ordered one of the protein waffles and a smoothie (see pics). Both were made fairly quickly, and I enjoyed them. Decent spot for acai bowls. I ordered the Acai Mango Bowl, and it was good but not impressive. A bit pricey for the size, fruits were tart instead of sweet, and the blended mixture wasn't as flavorful as I would have liked. Could've just been an off day, and some of the fruits aren't in season which could explain the sour taste. Service was great though, and it was a nice place to catch up with a friend. Seating was plenty both inside and outside. Love the concept, so I do want to try some of their other menu items that caught my eye. read more

Great spot to grab something quick. Made from fresh real ingredients. My first time I ordered the dragon fruit açaí bowl topped with banana, strawberry pineapple and dry coconut flakes. It is filling and refreshing on a hot day. My one year old even approved! Walked right by this place on my way to Eat Fit Go. Super friendly staff and clean dining area. The Pink Flamingo smoothie is aptly named. It is legitimately hot pink. I also grabbed a strawberry superfood smoothie out of the grab-and-pay fridge for tomorrow's breakfast. I love how all these healthy, clean eating places keep opening up south. I'm sad I won't work in the area after June. I could see myself frequenting here. It's nested right by Andre's, Corepower Yoga, and Eat Fit Go. Parking could be an issue on the weekends unless you plan to hit a few shops while you're around. read more

I came for the grand opening on Saturday June 1st. As you could expect, the line was extremely long because they were giving out $1 drinks! I decided I would wait in the line, and within about 30 minutes I was at the register. The cashier was extremely fun and even with how slammed they were she was super helpful on what to get, and made sure you ordered what you wanted. I tried a fusion drink which is a combo of juice and ice, the one I got was called Lean Green. After ordering I waited another 15-20 minutes and finally got my drink. I was actually not too fond of what I chose, but I am probably going to come in another time to try something else as they had alot of yummy looking choices! read more

I love their acai bowls. I think I have tried almost all of them at this point! Since COVDI, I have only ordered to-go from this location. I ordered online and called once I got there. Someone brought out my order to the car. they were wearing gloves and a mask. They also have a location now on South Plaza. I have been to that location as well during COVID. While it was pretty busy inside, once I got my order, I sat outside on the steps to enjoy it. I was eager to get get my order and get out since it was pretty busy and I was getting uncomfortable with the amount of people. Nine dollars for a medium sized smoothie that consisted of almost nothing but apples. We ordered a smoothie and then waited and waited while everyone else in line got their drink ahead of us. We asked what was taking so long and they simply forgot about us. While rushing to make our drink, the employee threw in a bunch of apples and very few of the other ingredients and handed it to us. I had been treated with a AÇAÍ BANANA BERRY BOWL at my place of employment and had craved another ever since. It was super yummy. I went wearing a CDC recommended mask. My first interaction with the cashier had to do with being told to get the app and order ahead, but, "I am willing to serve you this time". Neither of the two employees were wearing masks to deal with public or prepare food. The cashier wore one glove. There was a disconnect in public safety with the cashier being possibly 2 feet away with no protection. And shamed for not having the app. Product very tasty. The customer service here is so poor. I only order using the app because the last time I ordered in person it took them 35 minutes to make one drink. It wasn't busy, and I watched them serve several people before me who arrived after I did. The next time I went to pick up my online order, it took them forever to even acknowledge me as I stood right there in front of them for several minutes. I was there about as long as it would've taken to order it then in the store. I even said "hi" and no one responded. Today, I went to pick up my order for 3 drinks to find she only made one. (I guess it didn't occur to her that maybe I didn't just pay $20 + tip for a single drink.) After waiting on her to make two more, I didn't get a single "sorry about that," or "thanks for your patience," nothing. Wish I didn't pay my tip up front. They just need to wake up. The drinks are high quality and their brand is great, which is why I think it's a shame that they are so misrepresented by this staff. I wish there was another Nekter in my area. Come for good drinks, but don't go if you're in a rush or need to see a friendly face. read more

Popped in on an early weekend morning with a friend. I had the turmeric sunrise which to me just tasted like orange juice with a hint of pineapple and a lot of turmeric that had settled to the bottom. Not super exciting, but I'd be willing to come back and try something else. With all the noises coming from the blenders, it is a bit loud so if you want to have a conversation, I'd recommend getting your drink/food and taking it outside.
