Was craving a refreshing smoothie since we're out in the desert and Nekter delivered. There were lots of people coming in and out with their açaí bowls, smoothies, and juices. We got their blueberry almond butter smoothie and a green juice with ice. I personally loved the blueberry smoothie but I felt like it was either too watery or melted way too fast. I like my smoothies in a thicker consistency so I was kind of disappointed when it came out. The flavor was good. Main reason why I got it was because it was marketed as having 40g protein. Service was also quick and friendly despite how busy it got and the worker even asked me if I wanted agave or zero calorie sweetener. Overall lots of great options! read more

Usually go to this location after my son and I hike nearby. The food/drinks are always fresh, good quality, clean atmosphere. The only issue I have is the customer service could use improvement. Consistently when I go in there, the workers do not speak, even when I say hello they just stand there like "what would you like to order". Call me old fashioned but that's an issue for me. Today when I went in I ordered an orange crush. The lady said that they were out of strawberries so is it okay if another fruit was subbed. I was looking right at strawberries to my left of her. So I was like why can't you just use fresh? She said okay but is it okay that it's a little watery? I was like why would it need to be watery? She said because the strawberries were frozen that they used. I said okay but can't you use fresh strawberries and more ice? Like I'm still confused on why it needs to be watery? Terrible terrible service! I've been going to Nekter for years, and have never waited this long to get my smoothie before. They only have one employee working. She was clearly overwhelmed. It took so long just to take my order and then she proceeded to take 4 other people's orders before she decided to start on mine. I've been waiting here for over 20 minutes and have yet to receive my smoothie. I tipped her as she's working so hard. I assumed someone called off, but she told me that Nekter decided to cut hours at this location and they now run with only 1 employee at a time. This is no way to run a business. I won't be returning anytime soon. read more
