The price was also less than what I'm used to paying at my local family owned business, but the quality/taste of the smoothie was just average. What a big disappointment!! Jamba Juice is advertising $1 smoothies, today 6/21st; went in to get our smoothies & the guy at the register said not there... this False advertising!! Worse Jamba Juice of all the Jamba Juices I've ever been. Purchased 3 Large Açaí Smoothies and they were super sour and just wrong. Called the store back and they said I had to return to get a refund. Returned and got the refund - no apology / full attitude from the employee. When my girlfriend and I went out last night the store was locked an hour early from closing. We went to wait for our food from Luna Grill and as we were about to leave we noticed two employees and a bunch of teenagers in there. We were pretty annoyed that there were two employees and that clearly they were doing stuff they weren't suppose to in the back or in the car. So 20 minutes before closing we walked in and ordered one large smoothie. Even though we got kind of a dead stare when we walked in their attitude was very pleasant at the register. Also the smoothie came out quickly and perfectly. So I only knocked off one star. Advice: If you're in your car and some one is trying to walk through your doors just run up and casually walk in behind them. Be super friendly and give extraordinary customer service and people won't even care that you were not there waiting for them to walk in. read more

The first time I got something from here was from I think Uber Eats? (Maybe GrubHub or PostMates, I forget. I basically live by those apps hahaha). But my coworkers and I were like crazy hungry one morning, like we were texting each other before work on how hungry we were, but none of us had enough time to grab anything along the way without the risk of being late :( We also can't have "smelly" food in the office. We thought about getting a breakfast sandwich from the deli next door but it can get pricy and we were all craving something healthy. I LOVE pitaya (dragonfruit) bowls, neither girls have ever had them. They've had açaí bowls before (I love both). For some reason the app didn't show any açaí bowls, but I promised them that they would love the pitaya bowl even tho I've never had it from here. The order took a bit longer than it had promised, it said 20-30 minutes but it was more like 50, and when you're hungry it feels like an eternity! Well, the delivery man brings the bowls (very nice man); had two bowls with extra granola and one without bananas. They made the order perfect! (One girl like HATES bananas but I guess even tho she'll ask for no bananas, she still gets bananas). I love how they had large coconut shavings on the bowl. Definitely get extra granola on the side! And also get a full, it's only like $1 more and if you ask for your granola on the side and just add as you eat, it keeps well in the fridge :) The next time I physically went there (had time to kill during my lunch break). I can't remember what I ordered but it was a orange sherbet colored drink. I think it was like a tropical breeze drink. Super yummy! The employees could have been friendlier which is why I gave the 4 stars but overall, 10/10 for food and beverage. read more

I think I would've given a better review if the service was faster. There was a single lady working as cashier and making the drinks. I waited 20+ mins for two small smoothies of the same kind.. I was patient because I understood she must've been under a lot of stress having to make the pickup order items as well. But when I finally got my smoothie it was half melted since it was left in the container until she finished preparing the other orders. I could see it was like basically a juice. And there were 5 other people waiting to be served/attended I felt bad for her but I feel there should be more staff involved. read more
