It was to be delivered on Monday February 24 th at 11:45 am at 12:25p.m. I was called because the food was not there by one of the staff who was waiting for the food to arrive. Ruined the surprise.......luncheon for my husbands 60 th birthday. Some of the people attending the luncheon left to go get food elsewhere. I called at 12:26 and the food was then delivered. I did receive an apology from the manager later in the afternoon. They had my phone number they should of called...???? To say hey I have all these boxes of food here and I would of told them YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO DELIVER THAT ....The meal was not delivered till 41 min after it was supposed to be have been....... What is even more unfortunate is that I contacted the owner of the business and informed them of the trouble I had when placing the order and the complete fail on the part of their business. I informed them thru text twice about this situation and they did not have the decency to contact me and apologize for this unfortunate non execution of services. They do not appreciate or understand customer service. I attended their wedding reception a couple years back as I have been a friend of the owners mom for over 40 years. Shame on them. Interesting donuts (such as a cocoa Krispy-covered chocolate donut) and waffles. HV also had a bowl of fruit. The donuts were not fresh, but still tasted ok. The eggs were good, so were the biscuits and gravy, French toast sticks, bacon and sausage. A large drink was included. For $9 a person, it's really not a bad spread for the money and has quite a bit of variety. A starving college student would probably like it.
