First time here and it truly is a hidden gem. Adorable items for the home, babies and kids! They wrap too which is a plus.

Great small business clothing store for kids in the middle of Livingston town center…read more I went in to buy a gift for my friend's newborn. This store has different price points so need to feel like you are breaking the bank for a gift . They have different types of styles and colors. I would recommend to check this store out. My wife and I have shopped in Little Ones for 5 years and have spent several thousand dollars annually for gifts for our grandchildren and other children. Little Ones has quality merchandise, even though the prices tend to be expensive in comparison to other retail/online children's stores. We just recently learned from our children that they have been treated poorly on several occasions by the owner and manager [2 different people] when they tried to return gift items and exchange them and/or receive a store credit for a future purchase. Having heard this, I went to the store today and spoke to both people to let them know my surprise, and shock frankly, and the owner implied that my daughter-in-law must be lying; that no such mistreatment ever occurred; which I know not to be the case. Apparently, we now have learned that store policies, none of which are posted anywhere in the store itself, provide that (1) gifts accompanied by a gift receipt [which we always get but never see before boxed and wrapping of purchases] expire after a certain amount of days, and (2) store credits cannot be used for certain purchases. And this applies even now even in light of the current retail situation resulting from the pandemic. My suggestion to the owner that she should rethink her policies fell on flat ears. In light of these experiences we will not be shopping at Little Ones ever again, and I would suggest to others to beware of doing so.

The shop owner and her staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgable, and helped us a lot during our experience! The clothes are all reasonably priced, well labeled, and easy to look through. Sadly, they are few and far between, so I was elated to discover Vintage Alley during a recent online search and having visited the store for the first time last weekend, I can safely say, it does not disappoint. Tucked away on the corner of Bloomfield Ave, along Verona's main drag, Vintage Alley is a veritable treasure trove of awesome vintage finds. The layout of the store allows for easy browsing, with an aesthetic that is at once cozy and chic. The merchandise is well-curated and the prices more than reasonable. The clincher for me was the exceptional service I received from Brittany. A major pet peeve of mine is entering a store and feeling pressured to make a purchase. Over the years, I've found that when dealing with small business retailers in particular, customer service often runs the gamut from overbearing to indifferent. Fortunately, I found none of these to be the case at Vintage Alley. From the moment I walked in the store, I felt at ease and appreciated the fact that Brittany made herself available to offer input and assistance when needed, while allowing me to browse at my leisure. Brittany's love of the store--and vintage in general--is evident in her style and in her nature, the latter of which was equal parts warm, enthusiastic, and genuine. I spent an inordinate amount of time debating between two purchases - a tweed blazer or Paganne dress - before finally settling on the latter and never once did I feel rushed or put upon to make up my mind. To be clear, we're talking multiple try-ons and an excessive amount of hemming and hawing in front of a mirror, with nary a complaint. On those occasions when I offered up an apology for essentially acting out the shopping equivalent of a hung jury, Brittany simply invited me to take however long I needed. After putting in more deliberation than the cast of 12 Angry Men, I eventually settled on the dress, which I can't wait to wear. In summation, love my new dress, love Vintage Alley, and can't wait to go back.
