They provided a smaller vehicle than I paid for and refuse to refund the difference because I still used the service. Their driver's vehicle also had zero suspension and every light on his dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree...which eventually caused the vehicle to bottom out and broke the legs on my husband's wheelchair. They won't even acknowledge this in the small amount of correspondence I get. I will be filing a complaint with the TLC. No one should ever use this despicable excuse for a service.
