Test drove the Vehicle that I had selected a second time and made an appointment to purchase it. The purchase part in the finance office was easy. No forcing of aftermarket items that I did not need. Then Nick the Sales Consultant went over the features of the Vehicle again, to make sure I understood them. He even paired my phone and made sure the Ford Pass feature worked. I didn't want a detail but the salesman insisted it was required for all new vehicles to leave the lot. Fast forward to my first oil change. Walk into the front door(same door I dropped it off at for the detail) I'm told to go around the side to the double glass doors. That's fine. I go to the side of the building through the double glass doors and I'm met by an extremely rude employee telling me I walked past the service bay. A single roll up door. No double glass doors. They direct me and I walk in to drop off my keys and I'm told by another rude employee I need to wait to drop off my keys and he will NOT take them. Not a single person waiting around. Okay I've never had to wait for a drop off but whatever. It takes 20 minutes for someone to direct me into the service area where the only thing I have to do is give my name and hand the keys in! It took me over a half hour to DROP OFF my car for an oil change. Worst dealership experience I've ever had.
