I've been reading reviews today at yet another shop in Michigan with my step dad, for his car, wishing we weren't going through wasted time and money. I wish we could have coordinated him going to npag, in plain city oh. I was helped on a random Sunday as owner Aaron was cleaning the garage & building himself , yes cleaning the building himself and garage, and he literally put down a broom to help fix my car. This was despite being closed for "family time" so sales and staff can have off for deserved needed family/ kid time but yet I got car fixed. I noticed the new location address by the website & doesn't surprise me that it looks to have expanded. I don't know anything more about npag other then excellent car service, but if my car was fixed on a Sunday, the owners cleans themselves, all the reviews are great, they provide service on a Sunday, sell quality service and have great reviews and such a large quantity of sales, I'm certain that not only is this team goes above and beyond with everything but you will not be disappointed! Came in with brake issues thinking I needed all new calipers or a rebuild on them on my 04 STI and Chris the service manager took the time to walk me through the issue and explained it very well. He eventually found that I had two faulty brake hoses which was a easy and very cheap fix compared to all new calipers or a rebuild kit which saved me a lot of money! Very friendly people, they could of taken Advantage of me and made a lot of money but they were very honest and actually out to help me which is impossible to find anymore in car service. Just bought a 09 Ridgeline from Chad at North Pointe Auto Group. They run a real nice business there. The car is a very well kept used truck. They got a nice one. Price was reasonable. The best part was Chad. The guy really knows how to not waste your time. You look at it outside or in their super clean shop, talk price, then as fast as paperwork can be made he gets you going. I recently moved back to Ohio and needed to find somewhere to have my car inspected for registration purposes. The title agency in Plain City recommended this business. I showed up without an appointment and the very nice salesman, Bill, did my inspection on the spot. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I'm planning on going back there for future auto maintenance and also am looking to trade in another vehicle I presently own. We have recently had our car serviced and bought tires at NPAG and were very happy with their work. Today, we stopped at a medical appointment and came out to face a dead battery.
