This dealer is 500 miles from.... so after negotiating the deal I drove there. The entire process with the salesperson (Antonio), GM (Marc) and Finance department (Kumar) was one of the best I have had. Horrible experience. Unethical and untrustworthy. This email was also copied to Cory (Sales Manager) who I was working with. Mr. Daniels and Mr. Snyder, Last weekend, I drove 3 hours to test drive a 2019 Corvette Grand Sport Convertible listed for sale at your Marysville location. I met with Cory. We had pre-negotiated the price at $58,000 plus tax. I offered to put a down payment to hold it, and he said they don't do that. He assured me it would not be sold to anyone else. When I drove the car, there were a few things that made it not perfect, and Cory offered to sell it to me at $57,500. On a second test drive, the check engine light came on. He checked the code and found that it was throwing a thermostat error. He was to call me on Monday to let me know when it was fixed and to finalize the deal, and he said that they would drive the car to me. He didn't call me or return my call on Monday. I got ahold of him on Tuesday, and he told me the battery was bad, and they would replace it. He was to call me back the next day once the battery was installed, and the mechanic confirmed that it fixed the problem so we could finalize the deal. No call back. I reached out to him several times. Finally got ahold of him on Friday (yesterday), and I asked if he would take $61k out the door ($57,500 plus Indiana tax at 7% = $61,525, so rounded down by $525). He said that he would call me back. I called and texted him an hour later, and he wouldn't return my call. Today after multiple calls and texts, he finally replied saying that he decided to reject that price and we would discuss more on Monday. I responded that I don't want to lose the car over $500 and I'll pay the price he offered. I also offered to come get the car instead of dropping it off at my house if that was an issue. Again, no response. I checked your website tonight and noticed that the car is no longer shown as available. At no time did Cory suggest or inform me that if I didn't take his offer, it would be sold to someone else. At no time were we at a stalemate in negotiations. We were actively negotiating within a few hundred dollars. If it is sold to someone else, I'm sure you'll agree that this is horrible business and no way to treat a potential client, who was negotiating in good faith, and who spent an entire day of travel (6 hours plus an hours or so at the dealership) only to have the deal pulled without notice. At a minimum, if the car is still available and will be sold to me, communication through this process was/is lacking. Please let me know if the car is indeed sold or if your dealership is honoring our negotiation and agreed upon price. So unprofessional and slimy car salesmen. We bought a Porsche and was told a second key would be sent to us shortly (since the previous owner was apparently sending it to them) it's been a month without a second key. Rod, our salesman, is saying if the previous owner doesn't send it then we don't get a key, which is news to us. We also had to get our own car serviced and an oil changed after purchasing it because they were not ready for us to pick up the car. Not sure why they even told us to come without them doing that. Our tires are mix matched and all have different treads. Overall, just a very stressful experience after they got their money, they no longer cared about us as customers read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I bought a vehicle from here and the check engine light was on the day it arrived and 3 major codes popped up. The very next day the check engine light turned off but the codes/issues never actually went away. It won't pass emissions and the same codes are still reading. I haven't even put 3,000 miles on it and now I'm looking at a bill of over $3,500 to fix the issues regarding the codes that were there on upon arrival. Not a happy customer!! read more

I recently bought a Jaguar F-Type from out-of-state. Antonio, the salesman was excellent to work with and was both attentive and courteous. The vehicle looks fantastic and after a few days with it, appears to be in excellent condition. I must state we love the car. So far there are no issues that I can find after a few days with the Jaaaag. The only drawback, as with many other dealerships is the interaction with the financial department. I paid the 10% deposit on my credit card to secure the vehicle and followed up with the complete payment via an ACH transfer after the weekend--as I was not financing the vehicle--perhaps a clue? Anyway, the issue, apparently, was that my bank branch used a Direct Deposit and not a wire transfer, so there was a 6-day delay from the dealership releasing the vehicle to me until the funds had fully "cleared" which was very annoying. It was not as if I could recall the payment and PLS even banked with the same national bank as me. They were just being pedantic and annoying. In addition the transportation company they used, FSR Services, was a day late with the delivery and they failed to notify me which just compounded the irritation and the delay. I also asked several times for a Bill of Sale from Kumar which I have still yet to receive. Hopefully the title transfer docs are not held or I am penalised up because of this. read more

We drove from out of state to view/purchase a certain vehicle, the sole reason for our trip. The dealership was fully aware for a week that we would be coming. Several conversations happened about said vehicle with dealership leading up to our arrival. Upon driving it, the vehicle was clearly not ready for sale. It clearly had been poorly inspected, if at all. It has a coolant leak which proved why the coolant reservoir was extremely low. The dealership declared that they would repair it and deliver it to us. We found such statement to be untrusting as it should have already been repaired and ready for any customer to purchase. This was a clear waste of time and money. It remains on their lot, and has not been repaired. This is a terrible business practice and extremely misleading to the buying public, to sell a vehicle that is knowingly in need of a serious repair. Dealerships, like this one, shouldn't be permitted to sell to the public. Buyers beware. read more
