Fayda Freightliner in Columbus, Ohio, has sky-high prices for mechanical repairs, and they charge…read morefor absolutely nothing. I dropped off my truck on July 1st for a brake repair; they called the next day to say it was ready. I went to pick it up and paid the $1,148 bill, but when I inspected the truck, I realized it still had no brakes. I complained, and they said they would check it again. A short while later, they came back and told me I had to pay another $3,956 for the repair. I told them I had just paid $1,148 and they hadn't done anything. All I want is for them to credit the money I paid for nothing toward the new invoice--though even that new bill seems incredibly expensive; $2,070 just for labor is outrageous. It's more than just expensive--it's a scam.

Will probably be over 8 weeks. Keep giving me updates it will be done by this time and not finishing the truck. Talked to the manager on Friday and now I get a call from body shop saying won't be until later this week. Just don't care about the smaller guys. Let me had been a bigger company truck would have been done. Customer service from the people in the office is terrible. They have an attitude you're calling checking up on your truck. Then they tell me they didn't tell me something like I just got it out of the sky. Just a frustrating process dealing with them. Lost the driver I had for the truck and lost the guy I had I thought I had to replace him because of how long this process has taken. Not able to make a dollar for 2 months because of this bs. My insurance wrote the check a day after claim.

I was shopping for a very specific new car - Dodge Charger Hellcat for several weeks - and since…read morethis model was no longer being produced by Dodge, I found myself searching the internet at dealerships all over the U.S. I had never purchased a car in this manner - I have always purchased new cars directly from the dealership - so, needless to say, I was apprehensive. Buying a car several hundred or a thousand miles away is not something I took lightly. I happened upon several vehicles that were promising from dealerships in Washington State, Texas and Ohio. After dealing with salespersons at each of these locations, I felt most comfortable with the Toy Barn in Dublin, OH. I ended up buying my new car from Toy Barn predominantly because of the no pressure approach I got from Pavel, a sales manager. He did an excellent job for me. He responded to my questions thoroughly and quickly. He made videos for me to more closely see the car and he was willing to negotiate on the price of the vehicle. I had the car priced comfortably for me before I came out to see it. I flew out with my own personal mechanic, we viewed the car, drove the car and the shop manager Kyle (another friendly and accommodating Toy Barn employee) put the car up on a lift for us to give it a thorough look-over. The dealership General Manager Chris was super friendly and accommodating on the day we went to see the car and we even met, and very much liked the dealership owner, Shawn - easy going and very personable. The finishing touches were made by the finance manager, Zach - who made the last, super impression for me. The Toy Barn has high standards as anyone can see - the specialized inventory of high-quality vehicles they sell along with the excellent sales and management team proved to me that you can buy a car by shopping online without fear. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a luxury specialized used vehicle to consider the Toy Barn for a beautiful inventory of sharp autos, and a great sales and service team. Definitely a sharp 5-star dealership.

Over the l next few days we came to an agreement on shipping arrangements, trade in value, selling price of their car, and an overall difference figure. We both AGREE on the price And i quote "73k before tax and the $290 doc fee and YOU GOT A DEAL" -Vaughn He sends me a credit application and says he'll pull it in the morning The next day (aug 16, 2024) Vaughn calls me around 4pm "My owner says we cant do this deal, we need to be at $2,000 more, or you can wait 30 days and if the cars still here we will sell it for $63990" So regardless of already AGREEING to a price, now the price is $2000 more If youre in the market to waste your time, toy barn can help!!
