Discouraged I would ever get my car fixed, I was recommended to Van Dyne Automotive and was assured if anyone could fix it, they could. It's a small place and I had never heard of them before but I took another chance and I am very happy I did. The mechanic Brian was very busy but fit me in right away, I was waiting on my friend to pick me up as I figured it would take days to figure out like all the other places did, but before my ride arrived, Brian had already found and repaired the issue that was making my car run so badly. I was shocked and in disbelief, but he assured me that it was definitely what was causing the problem, he explained it all to me but I don't remember what it was, it seemed complicated to me but Brian said it a simple repair that the other places missed. I don't know if he has magic powers or is just really awesome at his job, but my car has never ran better, it's smoother and quieter than it was when it was new! I am so thankful for finding this place, I only spoke with Brian as he was the only one there, I don't know how he manages to do it, as he was fixing cars, answering the phone, and checking people in at the front desk, but he is my hero for helping me even when he was so busy already, he didn't even charge me for the magic he worked! I offered to pay him anything for helping me save my car and not having to buy a new one, but he declined and said he was happy to help. Magic hands, friendly, and handsome, too bad he isn't single, lol. Van Dyne Automotive has a new customer for life! One mechanic did what teams of others at much bigger places could not, the difference was finding a professional magician that knows what he's doing. On a separate visit, I looked more closely at the vehicles and noticed visible marring and light scratches on the paint, along with interiors that didn't appear properly cleaned or detailed. For a dealership, I would expect the vehicles to be presented in much better condition. And for them to be clean and cared for. There was also a lack of customer service, as no one acknowledged or assisted while I was inside. I've also heard similar feedback from others, which made the experience even more concerning. Took my car in mid-August to get a routine service check in preparation for a trip. Didn't think…read moremuch of it while I was waiting, hoping to get oil changed, engine checked out, basic stuff. Turns out my engine has a small oil leak that was detected by a service member. Told that it would be handled as part of the service. Was also asked if I wanted to replace my brakes, but seeing as the price was in the thousands(!) of dollars, I declined. So I go to check out and see a bill for hundred of dollars (don't want to get into specific amounts here). Tough pill to swallow, but for fixing an oil leak, it's justifiable. Two days later, I get a warning light about my oil being below minimum level. This was strange since I had just had the oil change done and the oil leak fixed. I tolerated it for the trip but when I got back home, I wanted to get it looked at. I bring my car back to Audi Dublin as a follow-up and am told that the oil leak was not fixed in the previous service. It would cost an extra thousand dollars and more. Keep in mind: this now meant I paid multiple hundreds of dollars for a service check and an iffy oil change. Took my car to another service provider and got a routine oil change. As part of that oil change, I was given a report saying that my oil level pre-change was indeed below minimum levels. And for context, this other provider charged under $70 for an oil change. Audi Dublin charged in the hundreds for an oil change that wasn't even performed (or if it was, done incredibly poorly). Obviously, I made a formal complaint with Audi customer service for a reimbursement. Not only was I not contacted by the Audi Dublin service provider after leaving multiple voicemails, all I was told by the customer rep was "service was done, no reimbursement". Service was indeed NOT done, but here we are. I am now out hundreds with a car in a condition that would've been the same had I avoided Audi Dublin to begin with. Do not come here if you want efficiency, quality, or good service. If you have the world's largest disposable income, go for it. In capitalism, you exchange money for goods and service. In this case, I gave money and received no service, in fact the poorest service. I hope Audi Dublin makes it right by me by giving me my money back. But for now, they can enjoy this poor review and a complaint filed with the Attorney General of Ohio.

Had a Groupon--I didn't realize my car doesn't work with the type of oil it was for (they also fully explained why, and they are correct, I just never thought about it before)--but they still took it & adjusted it & even gave me a little discount on top, because my car uses a smaller amount of oil. ALSO gave me a few helpful tips and just all-around great service, which makes me feel confident in their quality. I'll definitely be a repeat customer for other services as well.
