I'm 29 and can't recall any of my previous dentists doing that. He had great communication and seemed to really listen and engage in our conversation. All of the staff were very warm and welcoming! Super disrespectful guy! I ended up letting Jeff do 2 root canals, but he booked the crowns six months out and both teeth broke before then and had to be extracted. I have since had implants put in their place. Do not use Sublimity dental, drive to Salem and save yourself the headache. Jeff Gries should lose his dental license in my opinion! Weirdo!

He also never put crowns on either of those teeth so now I am paying hundreds of dollars to have that done years later as this was back when I was only 21 years old interested that the dentist knew what he was doing. I should have sued him for ruining a perfectly good tooth which happened to be my very front top tooth. He's dead now. Karma(?)

This dentist is about as bad as they come. He doesn't care about your pain (or whether he adds to…read moreit), and his behavior is... well, let's just say "unprofessional" and leave it at that. When a patient tells you that the procedure is really painful, telling them "well, we're more or less done, you can handle it for a little while longer" is not the answer they're looking for. Beyond that, they are not following procedures for sterilizing tools... wiping off something that was in a patient's mouth, and handing it to the dentist to use on a different patient? That's more than disgusting, that's dangerous. Save yourself some pain, and possibly a potentially fatal illness, and find a REAL dentist. I was traveling out of state, had a dental emergency, and wish I had found someone else to take care of it. My regular dentist in California was less than pleased with the work that had been done.
