We have been working with Jonathan and the owner/ GC, Matt, they have always been informative, helpful, transparent, met our budget demands and time constraints. In situations that need to be quickly resolved they have been there to save the day. I will give a brief example, right before Hurricane Milton & Hurricane Helene came through, we had existing water leaks in a section of one of our schools that was leaking with regular rainfall. In less than one week's time Construction Corps were able to get their roofers out there to fully replace the flat roof which was done without a hitch and saved us from any storm damage.
