My mom just went to repair shoes, all my mom said are you sure they a going to look good because she was thinking the way they are peeled it was impossible & he said I've doing 20 years if you don't like it what do you want me to do!? but he said it with a nasty attitude so my mom said forget about it have a good day and then he comes out and calls her Satan and then it escalated and then he ended up calling her fat. A great cobbler Christian Louboutins. The price is ok. Its kinda high compared to other places. But I know its the location that effects the cost if everything. However, I brought him my boyfriend's Gucci loafers for repair anf it was $90 to repair just the heel. I thought that was bizarre. Nonetheless he gives good services. read more

had an extremely disappointing experience with the shoe repair service. The quality of their work was abysmal. I entrusted them with my shoes for repair, and not only did they do a terrible job, but they also charged an exorbitant amount for the subpar service. My shoes came back in worse condition than before, and it was evident that they lacked the necessary skills and expertise for quality repairs. The worst store I have ever been in for a long time. No customer service and very unfriendly. I dropped off Saturday late afternoon a pair of dance sneakers to have the heels glued and he barely wanted to even wait on me. He told me they would be ready Monday at 4 o'clock. I came Tuesday around 1230 and he told me he didn't have any glue and they weren't ready. I asked him for my money back and he said no, come back tomorrow I said I can't I need them today. He said come back in 30 minutes. I came back and would never go back there. I was telling someone in my building and she said she had the same problem I never went back and told me about another place to go to. read more

With Nelson at hand, Cinderella's step sisters would have had their happily ever after. I have had issues pinching and discomfort with even the most beautiful shoes for as long as I have had feet. This shop has allowed me to put some of my favorite fairs back into rotation after a long time of sitting on the sidelines. This shop has an attention to detail that can only be called craftsmanship. Solutions have been found for problems with fit, finish, etc with precision. If the problem does not have a satisfactory solution, it is explained throughly. I am very pleased with this business. I had two pairs of heels replaced, as well as the tip of a shoe that I tore repaired. The work was done well, in short amount of time (two business days) And inexpensively. I will be bringing all of my shoes there for repair. They also do clothing alterations but I can't speak as to the quality. read more

I needed sole and heels replacement for a Tory burch pair of shoes. It was not only affordable, but quick (15 minutes for the heels only and 2 days for the sole). Now I get to wear my shoe for my next trip this week. The shoe repair store is located in a mall that has plenty of things to visit while they get the work done. Very convenient! Unreliable for finishing when told and poor customer service... I read a review saying they had their shoe in 15 mins, but when I showed up I was told to wait two days. I asked for sooner, they said my shoe would be ready the next day. I needed it that day so I waited and showed up the original two days later. My shoe wasn't fixed yet, he said they were waiting on a special glue... Okay... He then took down my phone number and said he'd call, a week later, still no call received. So I show up, finally get my shoe, but no explanation or apology. I will not be back obviously. read more

Heard good things about this place! Called during the week to confirm weekend hours. I'm a busy working mothers, so errands are hard to run. Showed up to store on Sunday, May 4, 2p and sign on door said, "I'll be back in 10 minutes" with a phone number. I called the number, no answer. So I ran next door to publix, killed a half hour and still, half hour later, shoe repair man was nowhere to be found. I called again and still no answer. I drove in from Hollywood, wasted an hour of my precious weekend to fix 2 pair of high-end shoes. I will not be attempting to use this business again. read more

This store was recommended by an acquaintance. I stopped by the day before Christmas 2013, and I paid upfront and I was told to come back within 1/2 hour. Upon returning, I was told he was busy and ask for 15 more minutes. I decided to would go another day, since I did not need the shoe right away. I was in the neighborhood so I return in the afternoon of December 26, 2013. I was not acknowledged, he was busy looking for an item in a box, I was the only customer, I notice my shoe was not done. He then stated he will be with me in a minute, I said to him "my shoe is still not done, he ask me to give him 2 minutes. I decided to wait, he did it so fast he scratched up my shoe heel, when I pointed it out he was very rude, and told me he has been doing this work for over thirty years and can do it with his eyes closed. He was unreasonable and refused to listen. He was not concern that a customer was not happy. He told me to leave his store; he has no time to listen to me, because my shoe was brought in that way. I was not my usual assertive self so I simply say I will never come back, I will go back to Pines Blvd where your business is welcome; and I will give you a bad review. I have lived in FL, for over 22 years and I have been patronizing businesses around the south Florida area, and I have never encountered a person with such crass rude and obnoxious personality. Therefore, in conclusion, the service was bad, and he damaged my shoe in the process. read more
