This one had a lot of reviews within the past year so I decided to take a chance - so happy I did! They applied new corks to both and fixed the material within 10 min! From afar, can't even tell something was wrong. Even up close, you can't tell. Reasonably priced and the customer service was great! Can't wait to bring more pairs with other issues and see how they solve the problem but for now, I'm happy!

Please note that they are cash only and that they are only open Thurs - Fri 8:00-5:00 and Sat 8:00-4:00, closed 12:00-1:00 each day. The heels were completely worn down to the point that if I could not get them repaired I would have needed to throw them away. I went to two other shoe repair shops before I went to Ruben's Shoe Repair. Neither of the first two could help me with my problem. Ruben knew exactly what to do and once he repaired them they are perfect! Now I can wear them for the next five years or longer. In view of the quality of the repair, the price charged was more than fair.
