Baked ever so slightly so that it is still basically raw, it just melts in your mouth like butter and meshes perfectly with the eggplant puree and roe. The fried fish skin chips were also a nice addition. - Pork loin: Now, I think it was because they had to cook the pork completely differently to accomodate my allergies, but I found it a little rough and way too salty. Maybe the normal pork loin that they serve is better. - Dessert: Not many comments here. Chocolate sorbet was very good. Portions definitely run on the smaller side though, so order some snacks from their menu to go with your set dinner. Would definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in Stockholm.
