The front gal Anita was the rudest thing that ever walked and talked. I made a complaint with rick management and not one person has called back to help with the problem. I was in that office for 1 1/2 hour and there was 2 appointment that were no show, but they would never think about filling those slots. I took time off from work unpaid to get there and get turned away and treated like a second-class citizen. Not one of the managers has the ability to reach out. Please if you value you time and money NEVER USED PEACEHEALTH MEDICINE ON 33RD AND MAIN STREET. They are capable to make appts properly! They will treat you terrible even if you have private insurance.

My Fiancé was taken by ambulance to Peace Health on 87th Ave on Wednesday evening around midnight…read more I called 911 due to me waking up from her calling my name as she was on the floor in the kitchen, bleeding from her mouth. I asked her what happened and she didn't know and thought she might have fainted. I helped her up and right away, she said her head was killing her (she obviously hit her head on the ground and also bit a hole in her lip), she fainted again (body going completely limp). I helped her up one more time and walked her to the bed and she fainted for a third time and was barely conscience at this point. I called 911 immediately and was able to help her come back to consciousness. Ambulance took her to Peace Health where she was told she was extremely dehydrated but wasn't allowed to have food/water (which is understandable for testing and things). She was left in the hallway without her nurse checking on her every hour. She had to use the restroom and grabbed a nurse walking by since she's not allowed to get out of her bed without someone there due to her being a fall risk. The nurse asked if she wanted her to go in the bathroom with her and my fiancé said no. When my fiancé was done and opened the bathroom door, the nurse was gone, and she had to walk back to her bed in the hallway by herself. Her head was in so much pain due to hitting her head on the ground and they didn't get her any medication until 9:30am the next morning which was only Tylenol. They also didn't do any testing besides bloodwork until around that time as well. We thought they were doing an MRI and only did a CAT scan. Upon completing the scan, the nurse said the Dr will be in her room in a bit to go over results. Shortly later, the nurse came in and said they were discharging her. After receiving her discharge paperwork, she asked for wheelchair out since she was feeling dizzy. They responded with "just hug the wall". When I picked her up, she was in a lot of pain (headache). She ended up calling her primary Dr who is completely appalled that she was released from the ER in such a short amount of time. Her Dr also said that a neurologist should have seen her at the hospital which didn't happen. We will never go to Peace Health again.

I was brought in by an ambulance for chest pains, they already had an ED room ready for me. Doctor…read moreHanley and ED nurses Kaitlyn and Rachel efficiently and effectively took care of me and diagnosed a heart event. Dr Kozinski came in the middle of the night to do an angiogram that confirmed a SCAD. I was moved to the Cardiac ICU where the entire team was wonderful. While I can't remember the name of the great nighttime nurse (sorry!), daytime Nurse Mary and NP Jackie were caring and super informative. I've forgotten so many names, but I want to mention that the young man who put in my second IV line (the first was at a clinic) did it painlessly. Also, the professional who did my echocardiogram was excellent, and the staff member who took my food orders was so considerate and helpful. Everyone was so welcoming and respectful to me, my same-sex spouse, and my sister. Their care and treatment were exemplary. I was able to be discharged after only one night in the CICU. THANK YOU, PEACE HEALTH!!

I never given a review before. Ive been to a lot of hospitals due to my chronic illness. But I came…read morein for something else personal. I came into the emergency room for severe pain. To start off, The nurses were all AMAZING, there was this specific nurse, I wish I remembered her name but she discharged me and obviously I was really emotional. She took time to answer questions and reassure me, and also explain what I had meant- because I was confused and didn't know. All of things I generally wanted to ask the physician, Daniel Hercz. My biggest problem here that makes me frustrated is he diagnosed me with something that I was never tested for. I came in for a result not a guess. I had questions I needed to ask him, I said hey I just want to be sure this is %100 so I know exactly what I need to do. He seemed upset that I wanted to do that and left aggressively. No one wants to be taken care of by someone who acts like they don't care. I understand people have bad days and they can have difficult patients. But I am an EXTREMELY kind person and I've dealt with customer service and remained kind even when I was handled disrespectfully. This was not okay. And I'm sitting here still full of questions and I can't even have the diagnosis result that I was supposed to have. I'm glad I was treated, but that was not okay. Why was a nurse doing a physicians job? Give the nurses a raise. Please. I wouldn't recommend anyone come here, you might not get a proper diagnosis- just a guess‍ Again, thank you for the nurse whom helped me and was there for me- I 5 starts beyond for her. But the physician? Wow. Do better, by giving proper diagnosis rather than just guessing because now I'm stuck without a reassuring test result. I actually needed tests for what I had, but no he just suspected it and left he said a few words then dipped all mad like? Okay I'm done with whatever I have to say. I'm young, I don't do this and I hate to complain I'm a positive person. But please just deal with this because this is SOMEONES LIFE! At risk for something that could be big. Don't mess with people's health ‍ No matter how bad my day is, I could never not diagnose someone properly.
