So not only does he crack a back better than jack black... he also has massage as part of the treatment options. I said no I am not -- she ran her hand down the lower half off my jaw and not only did I about jump out my chair but also almost assaulted her because of the pain. Dr. Melin is quick and to the point and good at what he does. The doctors at wound care were urging me to go back to Rebound as well where they wanted to cut my foot up some more. They were telling me that I wasn't going to heal but I didn't believe that, I've always seen myself walking again. So I went to Dr. Wenzel with a possible bone infection and she basically said that she was skeptical that it was a bone infection and she wanted to wait and see how I healed because apparently if you do have an infection your wounds don't close and there would be obvious signs of the infection, my foot looked great the whole time and was healing week by week and getting smaller. So we waited. The doctors at wound care were very condescending and acted like I was an idiot and that Wenzel didn't know what she was talking about, they really wanted me to get my foot cut off and were baffled that she didn't wanna do surgery, she wasn't so quick to cut me up, she's a smart woman, a smart doctor, she knows what bone infections look like, she operates on them all the time so I trusted her opinion, I trusted my gut and here I am a year later completely healed and just starting to walk. Thank God for Dr. Wenzel who believed in me from the beginning. And shout out to Dr. Adams as well, Ankle & Foot is a great practice with great doctors.

Not only did he not fix it, but because he didn't measure correctly, which he admitted doing, it made her situation more painful with risk of imminent fracture of her femur. Months later he ordered an emergency surgery to install a plate to stabilize the femur, which resulted in an additional surgery and twice the recovery time. My wife has had severe chronic pain in her knee and leg, and after getting a second opinion, can only manage her situation with pain meds, for the rest of her life. I do not recommend Rebound or Dr Sutherland and based on my wife's experience and the mistake he admitted to, believe he is incompetent.

Staff and doctors were nice for the most part. Although aside from labs and getting homeopathic supplements (and LDN) I didn't get any progress really at all. I really wanted to see or get ozone and other therapies. They tried to recommend me other places in the area, but I don't have much trust in the medical system. I need someone thats familiar with lyme, epstein barr, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. And yes I did complain and tell them about this with no response.
