I had just paid for an expensive software rental for the month, are you kidding me???!!!! Luckily I found 24/7PcTech! Cesar called me within minutes, it was late Friday and all the other local repair places were closed until Monday. I took it over and he had it diagnosed and fixed in less than 1 hour! Dell told me not to take it anywhere locally. When Cesar opened up my computer he showed me the cheap parts they had used on my expensive laptop. He replaced the bad parts with high-quality ones. Checked out their website, then gave them a call about cleaning up my Mac before my vacation. I put it off to the last minute and wasn't sure they could help. Chris, the owner, actually answered the phone. He said to bring it down. I came in that same day and he told me they would: clean it up, install new OS, remove junk, and speed it up overall.
