Extremely pleased with the service received on my laptop. Brought here after finding on Yelp and great reviews. Mainly came in to get my laptop cleaned up and check for virus. They gave me a couple of options. I went with one. They were going to save my pics which I was worried about losing. They gave me a courtesy call to let me know they couldn't find them before moving forward. Ultimately they found my pics and saved all before cleaning up my laptop. Strongly recommend. I was very nervous about taking my laptop anywhere especially where I needed to pay. We all know services are not cheap and luckily this was a great experience. I needed my hard drive exported to a portable external and Manny did it really quickly. It wa super affordable too. First off anyone can understand it can be hard to find an honest computer shop. My experience here has. Been nothing less then incredible from start to finish I was referred here by a friend met with Manny to get my girlfriends labtop fixed that I ancidently ran over got over 6 quotes from different places anywhere from 180$-200$ at the least Manny said that he would call me back in about 30 mins for the quote he did better and called me in 10 the part was ordered and on the way throughout this process Manny stayed in touch with me to keep me updated all the way up till I go to pick up my computer it looks brand new with warranty I will refer this shop to every one I know this gentleman really knows the definition of customer service hope this review helps but hands down this is the place to go if you want an honest opinion and great work done Manny really makes you feel like family. read more

My 1 year old laptop went dark out of nowhere and since it was out of warranty I had to find a place to fix it for me. I went to some place in PB by referral of a friend, they kept my laptop for 2 weeks and they charged me $80 just to tell me there was nothing they could do. I didn't want to spend another $600 on a new laptop and I had many pictures on it that I wanted to recover so I kept searching and came across these guys who offer free diagnostics. I dropped off my laptop and after only half hour they called and told me they could fix my laptop completely for $65! What's even better is that it only took 2 days to get it back. Great shop. Took in gaming computer because it kept shutting down after only a couple minutes of usage. Was checked out within hours and was told it was the operating system. Took it home the next day, turned on fine but soon as we started reinstalling programs it shut down so took it in again, got called within 2 hours and turned out it was definitely the motherboard and had to be replaced. So in total took about 5 days. Service was fast, reasonable pricing, didnt take long, and computer is working perfectly now.
