Spoke to Nathan Hourani, who I believe is the manager and co-owner. He gave me an extremely honest take. Gave me his opinion and didn't try to over sell me on anything. This is a legit brick and mortar PC store.... Which you don't see anymore. RIP Fry's. The other employees were also very helpful. After they installed my new cooler and did some BIOS updates, they let me sit down right next to them and check it out. This seems like an awesome family run business. Kudos again to Nathan and the employees. Will recommend to all my friends and come back here for any PC needs.

They were super friendly and explained everything once they figured out the issue(update was corrupt and my hard drive was failing). They got everything fixed and I upgraded my hard drive to a bigger size while I was at it. I definitely recommend them and while I hope to not need to have my laptop repaired any time soon, this is definitely the place I would go!

Danielle was responsive and friendly from the start and began working the same day I reached out, with a very reasonable quote. Data recovery in cases like this is genuinely difficult, but she went above and beyond. Over one week, she's tried over four different paid recovery methods and putting in many hours of effort. In the end, we weren't able to recover 100% of the data, but she still recovered a notable portion. What impressed me most was her integrity: despite all the time and cost she invested, she offered not to charge me anything. I'm extremely grateful for her effort and professionalism, and I can't recommend her highly enough.

Checked out their website, then gave them a call about cleaning up my Mac before my vacation. I put it off to the last minute and wasn't sure they could help. Chris, the owner, actually answered the phone. He said to bring it down. I came in that same day and he told me they would: clean it up, install new OS, remove junk, and speed it up overall. He quoted me end of the week, but it was ready sooner, so happy about because it would be ready for vacation. Total came out to about $430 with the rush fee. It's been about 6 weeks now and my computer is running amazing, so fast! They also have refurbished Macs for sale, which I'll be back for when my current computer stops working. And through sheer determination, Shannon also fixed my reboot time -- it went from 2.5 hours down to under a minute. This was without a doubt a hugely time-consuming and frustrating process, but Shannon and his team went above and beyond to diagnose and repair it.
