On April 30 Sunny called and said he could come on Monday May 4 to drop off the watch. So Monday May 4 he drives 40 mins to drop off the watch at the store. He was told no we are not accepting watches for repair? He said I was called last week you were? The sales lady said no, we had a staff meeting this morning and we now aren't? It sure would of been nice if somebody would of called to tell us not to come? Wasted a hour and a half drive and time for nothing. I wouldn't recommend them for service on high end watches. Deal direct with Toronto who fixes the watches on there behalf. Customer service wasn't a great experience.

I initially bought my fossil watch at The Bay . After 2 wears I noticed the leather on the strap…read morewas starting to stain . I contacted Fossil warranty department to have a replacement strap sent to me , they sent me the wrong colour. I called Fossil Canada and spoke with a supervisor he informed me that the correct strap was out of stock . He prompted me to call back in a few weeks to check back if the strap is back in stock . When I tried to call him back I was informed he no longer worked there?!??? After this, service went downhill fast!!! The routine would start by me explaining to some CSR the situation they would tell me they the were out of stock on the strap and to call back in another few weeks . The strap finally came back into stock and this time the CSR told me I must pay for it . I explained over and over again that the wrong colour was sent to me and all I wanted was simple exchange for the right colour , but she was incredibly rude and told me I had to pay for it . Something in me snapped as I was soooo fed up with CSR's from the fossil Canada website. I called the polo park location and explained to the manager the situation. HE WAS AMAZING!!!! He took care of situation and was able to order the correct strap and exchanged the wrong one !!! Done - problem solved !! It is because of his outstanding service that I will continue to purchase Fossil items . I will no longer purchase from the website but instead go to polo park location . I highly recommend going to this location!

I had Roger Watson Jewellers do a custom wedding band and the result was amazing and sooo fast. I was panicking since my wedding was fast approaching and I thought I had run out of time to do something custom. John Watson came to my rescue! My engagement ring and wedding band match perfectly and everyone thought it was a matching set. The size/quality of the diamonds matched absolutely perfect. The best part is everything is done in house on Osborne Street. They have an in house goldsmith, in house jeweller, so nothing is sent away, it's all done locally right in their store. If you are looking to do a custom piece, have something repaired or resized, or need appraisals on vintage pieces for insurance definitely go to Roger Watson Jewellers. Excellent friendly honest customer service. I even learned a few things about different metals and diamond/stone quality.

They did discount the price by 20% but then added the 12% tax (GST+PST) to that discounted price. When I told them that that did not seem right, they told me I could either choose the 20% discount or to not pay the tax. What a scam! No thanks! And 20% off a watch at a close-out sale is not a good deal, especially when you can never return it if there is a problem with it.
