Upon arriving a few years ago..my T-Mobile service needed to be retired. At that time, there was no Verizon retailer (you know, the one in front of Wal-Mart)...and Wal-Mart itself didn't offer Verizon yet either. It was order online or venture into the "local" retailers. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with Kotana. The ladies who helped me open up a new Verizon account and get a new iPhone were so great to deal with! Because I wanted the new iPhone 5, it needed to be ordered. They were so professional and fast and notified me right away when my phone came in.
