First, we asked for the Rooster Club Cut which is supposed to come with shampoo/hair massage; he got neither. We were charged $25 for the haircut, and I'd have been fine with that had the haircut been decent, but it was not. We specifically asked for scissors on top, and clipper size 2 on the sides. Pretty basic trim and nothing extra. What we ended up with were entirely crooked hairlines/sideburns. Worst of all, he now has a clipper-manufactured hairline on his forehead (why?!?!?!?) that is also crooked and not symmetrical. So in summary, his hairline on his forehead, sides, sideburns, and back of his head are crooked and not symmetrical. To add insult to injury, they're not even clean lines. Needless to say, we will not be returning. I wish this Rooster's location all the best, at least, for the sake of their customers.

It's about 30 minutes away from the previous location, but my friends have been going to Ali for years! Ali does an amazing job and works very efficiently/fast. He doesn't need much instruction but just knows what looks best on each person! Not only does he complete his cuts very quickly, he also styles men's hair very well! He also shapes and styles beards fantastically!! We will continue to come back for Ali and his exceptional service! We like to call in to make an appointment with him though since he usually does have a wait time without an appointment. Since this is a pretty new location, the ambiance is great and very modern/clean! The only thing I wouldn't recommend getting here is the eyebrow threading. If Ali does the threading then it should be fine, but if the receptionist does the eyebrows, she apparently can only tweeze, not thread or wax. They still charged $10 for tweezing eyebrows, which was extremely painful and they cut the skin several times ti the point where the skin bled. When we asked about this, they said that's normal to bleed from tweezing. Normally, when we thread or wax or even tweeze, no one bleeds near their eyebrows. Overall, highly recommend Ali for everything, but would NOT recommend doing eyebrows with anyone besides Ali. I would give 1 star to the lady who tweezed, but leaving this as a 5 star review, just because Ali always does so great.

Not only was it painful, but the barber didn't acknowledge the damage or offer any apology -- just moved on as if nothing happened.
