I even advocated for this gym to other parents letting them know that SURELY their kids privates would not be jeopardized. I WAS WRONG!! For over a year I have had my daughter at the same day and time, however they decided to make it a free for all, EVEN THOUGH there's an option to make a recurring option, it actually does not. So, after paying over $2k in the last year, and my daughter being dedicated to her one day a week time, I am now having to check the site and choosing random days and times to make sure my daughter doesn't lose her skills. After this went live, Karen promised to make it right, but then did NOT. She actually said "I think it'll work itself out" and did NOT take care of my issue. Instead, she said "well I guess I could call the parent and ask if you can have your time back"..... what a real manager and leader would do is say, "You're right, I did promise that and I will make the phone call and let the parent know those times are actually unavailable." If my daughter did not absolutely LOVE her coach, I would go elsewhere. Poor management like this leads me to believe it is not all about progression and dedication to the gym. I'm extremely shocked and disappointed at the response, or lack there of, of this issue. Privates are important to athletes, as this is something they look forward to weekly... or whenever you can snag one on the site.

They work like a well oiled machine. Each class didn't cross paths while they switched sections, it was quite impressive. My little one tried their mighty tots gymnastics class. The coach was friendly and inviting. She had maybe two or three too many kids in her class so she was having a bit of difficulty wrangling the more rambunctious little boys. She was super positive towards the children and when needed let them jump out some of their wiggles. The tots worked on tumbling, beam, bars and overall strength. They offer a free trial class for the younger gymnastics classes. We took advantage of it and will be going back.

The instruction staff for younger children is "teen" aged and often barely on time to instruct…read moreclass (one traditionally comes in 5 minutes late ).These "coaches" often spend the majority of the classes standing in one spot, very uninvolved with the students and appear to look bothered to be there. The routines week to week are very similar in nature if not almost identical. One on one instructional development is scarce. Growth and skill will be hard to establish here at an early level. The facility does not win any awards for cleanliness. I will say the older classes seem to have more challenging engagement and coaching as a positive but the younger coaches make carrying enthusiasm for the beginners tough.

And I can say this gym has been well worth all of that. I am always able to be in touch with coaches and parents, the communication is exemplary, the coaching ability is solid and the care they display for the girl and boy athletes is incomparable.
