There have been oftentimes classrooms are over ratio to state guidelines. When it comes to communication among teachers, it's not quite there. It has become common to hear "I don't know" when asking a question in regards to my child's day. There have been times I have seen teachers not paying attention to kids whether it's taking over the fence while kids are on the playground and their back is turned to them or being on their phone. There was a time I came to drop off diapers and all the teachers were just sitting in chairs. Not one single of the new teachers and assistant director ever bothered to introduce themselves and I can guarantee don't know my name as a parent. Incident reports no longer go home. My child got hit and had a bloody nose and no one bothered to call or send home an incident report but rather just updated in the app. After having a sit-down, the owner and assistant director were not very welcoming in bringing up concerns so not all concerns were brought up. It's very much a "can do no wrong attitude" even when my daughter came home with fingerprint marks on her leg that looked like it had been from holding too tight during diaper changes. Upon leaving, I could overhear them gossiping about me as a parent when they thought the door was shut. It's not the first time though that concerns got brushed under the rug. Sasha has been the only asset to this company and we have appreciated all that she has done. I have attached pictures of the fingerprints, the bite mark from when my daughter came home with (I had to tell them it looked like a bite mark for them to even look at the cameras because they weren't watching and didn't see it happen), a teacher on her phone, as well as the threats. *Since posting our review on google I have received quite the message about being sued for posting our experience which should indicate how well parental feedback is taken.

We've had the best experience with the Goddard School, starting years ago in New Albany Ohio with…read moreour son. When we moved to Medina Goddard was our obvious choice. The teachers are hands on and communication is fantastic. We get pictures and updates throughout the day and every time I would walk in the door I was greeted with a smile. They remember you and build a great relationship with your child. The preparation our daughter received at Medina Goddard for grade school allowed us to send her to Kindergarten with confidence and most importantly she was a confident 4 year old ready for kindergarten. The facility was clean, the classrooms are nice and again, the STAFF WAS AWESOME. Thank you for treating my child and our family with such kindness, we appreciate your hard work and attention to detail. I highly recommend this school and location.

The only reason we no longer are using the daycare is because the distance we had to drive (my problem, not Goddard's), and that they didn't have a full time spot at the time. I had a positive experience for all three summers I did camp there and I recommend this place for a summer camp for preschoolers and elementary-age students. Horiable place to work. The director owner yells at employees . They use a contract that is one…read moresided. You are not paid for planning and are only paid for 3.5 hours a day. You really work the rest for free. It is not a step up to quality learning center. No teacher reviews or conversations . Not a good place to work!!!!
