We hired Ron to do the architectural plans for the remodel of a fourplex. He came in with a fancy camera scanner to measure everything, a very efficient process. He was very much on time with the delivery of the initial draft. We discussed minor changes and submitted to the city, and they had just had a few minor corrections before approval, which is better than other architectural teams I have worked with. After we began work on the project, we discovered a beam in the ceiling was not pointing in the right direction, leading to the need for a revision to the plans. The engineer Margarito went on site and approved changes, which allowed us to quickly adapt. Overall this was a very streamlined process, I would be happy to use his services in the future and can very much recommend him.

Before choosing Unique Architecture, I contacted no less than 10 architectural firms seeking quotes for our home renovation project. We are doing an extensive interior remodeling of our home. Of the 10 or so companies contacted, only 3 returned our calls. One was way too busy and could not work within our time frame, another gave us a quote that was really overpriced which included a premium charge on a standard government fee. Unique was the first one who answered my call with one call. I actually had a nice chat with Sean Wang, the chief architect the first time I called. He promptly provided us with a quote and was willing to work on our project within a reasonable time frame. Sean took what I had in mind and my elementary school level drawing and turned it into a couple of professional plans we could choose from.
