Hello, I just want…read moreto take a moment to say that Yervant May is an amazing person. He is the best marketing manager ever! He has gone above and beyond to help me succeed in my business. Although I have not personally met Yervant I consider him a VIP in my world. He understands how important my small family business of 50 years is to me. He has helped nurture, strengthen and develop my company into the 5 star company it is today. Yervant has worked hard along side me as my marketing manager going above & beyond what anyone could expect. Yervant's character and ethics in this day & age is admirable and refreshing. He's always prompt to respond to my business inquiries, consistently polite, professional, insightful, informative, intelligent and inspirational. My hope with this email is that Yervant is recognized as a valuable asset to BIZ IQ and I am grateful to be working with you. Thank you, BIZ IQ. I have recommended you to several of my friends who own their own businesses and I will continue to do so. Sincerely, Deb Lines owner of Lines Sunscreens, LLC

SEO Built for the Wrong Market BizIQ built the SEO campaign around Show Low, AZ instead of the Phoenix Metro area, which was the agreed target market. This error went undetected for over six months. For comparison, my previous website -- which had not been updated in three years -- consistently generated approximately 15-30 inquiries per month. The new website generated zero phone calls, texts, contact form submissions, or email inquiries during the 11 months it was active. Even after the SEO targeting error was corrected, results did not improve. I ended my agreement and hired another firm and my experience was night and day. Basically, I lost one-year of potential business because of BizIQ. They have a great marketing plan, they will develop your website, perform a supposed "best in class" SEO campaign, provide a dedicated resource to manage your day to day, offer digital marketing campaigns. A one shop stop. The most important word in that last sentence is STOP. STOP BEFORE YOU GET STARTED. I sent a demand letter requesting a refund for the one year I wasted and $13.8K is spent without a response. Hired a lawyer and they did not respond to their demand letter. I submitted a BBB complaint over a week ago and no response. My next step is Yelp and Google reviews and possibly the Attorney Generals office of Arizona.

Namecheap has been my DNS provider and other domains I own for nearly ten years. I'm definitely not a domain speculator - I buy my domains and keep them. Prices for most tlds are good for the first year and my .com domain renewals have been $13 including the ICANN fee. I have had no trouble purchasing a domain, publishing the proof of ownership phrase for Microsoft and then adding that domain to my Office 365 tenant. Adding advanced DNS entries for TXT, MX, SPF, DKIM, SRV and DMARC is easy and they replicate quickly enough. I appreciate that they offer a second factor for authentication (WHICH YELP DOES NOT). I don't know about spam emails or sketchy people who might be using Namecheap. For me, the service works and the prices are decent. [Review 16518 overall - 75 in Arizona - 27 of 2022.]

I know that some of these reviews are from legitimate businesses. What you should know is that these people have absolutely no idea of what is right and what is wrong and they don't care one whit about you. You deserve better and you need to understand that if something seems too good to be true, it almost always is. And for those of you who are using them to register your domains to send spam, you and the people in this company deserve each other. The world would be a much better place without you.

First we hired the design team who worked with us patiently, designing the review card and tweaking the design until we were satisfied. Then we placed a second order for 2 sets of business cards, based on the same design but with some major changes. They did not charge an additional design fee but again worked with us patiently until everything was right. The finished product arrived very quickly. We love our new business cards and so does everyone we give them to! I told the Taste of Ink design specialist that I wanted our customers to not be able to put the card down and they simply can't! They run their fingers over our embossed logo and curiously scan the QR code on the back which takes them to our website. Great design team, wonderful quality cards, quick turn around time - I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will certainly order from them again any time I need quality work.

Their phone lines are busy and doesn't even give you a option to hold until the next available representative. Their manager Julie said it'll get to me by Friday. Well guess what? It's Saturday and still NOTHING. I requested for a full refund and taking my business elsewhere. THIS BUSINESS IS BOGUS, LIES, FALSE PROMISES, AND HAS BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE UPDATED: 4/16/12 Just received it. And return address is from CHINA. not Arizona where their office is. When Julie said she'll check with production, she meant contact China, no wonder she couldn't give me a answer in a matter of minutes, but instead the next day. I think if they were up front about where it's being printed and how long it would have taken I would be patient and understanding. But this company wants you to believe that it's getting printed in the states. Makes sense why it took so long. TasteofInk, honestly will get a long way and lies get you no where. Asked for a return and they just ignored my email. Horrible company. Taking my business elsewhere.
