I ordered a custom machine and couldn't be happier. The ordering process was easy. I could either order online or over the phone. I chose to order over the phone, so I could ask questions. I primarily worked with Dominic (who was awesome!) during the ordering process. Not only were my questions answered, but Meta PCs was flexible on how I could pay for my beast of a machine. Unfortunately, the machine was shipped just in time to run into some dicey weather, so it arrived a wee bit frozen (I got the water-cooled option) and some minor leakage due to the machine being tilted a little bit too far. Alen took my call and was super supportive while we waited for the machine to thaw and dry out. I was also helped out by Will and Luis during my time of need! And I was a bit needy. Honestly, the whole team was super supportive. They communicated via chat, text, phone, and mail. Basically, matching whatever method I was using at that moment. My experience didn't start off great. There were shipping delays, and when my PC arrived, I ran into an issue that prevented me from enjoying it right away. I was understandably frustrated. That said, I want to give credit where it's due. The MetaPC team took ownership of the situation, stayed in communication, and made things right. They worked with me to resolve the issues, followed through on their commitments, and showed they genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. I recently had a refurbished Dell Micro quit. Rubin did a quick evaluation which pointed to a defective motherboard. He did not charge anything for the check and because I did not need anything more. Went here to replace a cracked laptop screen. Although it took a few days to process payment and then receive the screen (I had that time so wasn't an issue for me), the rest of the experience was absolutely worth the wait. I was super pleased with the level of expertise and professionalism I witnessed at Meta. I brought a laptop with a significantly burned board in and the solder technician, Luis, was so helpful and skilled in repairing my laptop for a very reasonable price. He did an outstanding job. It took a little while because of some hard to source parts, but every time I called, I was treated with respect and patience. I highly recommend them for repair and also believe they truly understand the gaming market given what I saw on their showroom floor and listening to some of the calls while I was waiting. Great service in replacement, little things they don't mention, they stress test, cable manage, dust your Pc and also check your thermal paste. I was surprised they included all of that in an aio cooler swap. Only thing I wish is they had a location in the middle of the valley I live in north Phoenix so the drive for me is 25 minutes. read more

Let me give you the whole story. I usually build my own pcs but I don't have a lot of time or the patience right now to do all the research it takes to make sure you are getting components that are going to be a good match with each other. The last one I built was 7 years ago and it runs great but it will not upgrade to win11. I have been going back and forth as to whether I should build or buy a pre built system. Whether I should take the time and aggravation of building or spend the extra money to buy a pre built system. I looked into local companies because I don't want to have one shipped. I ran across META pcs and saw they had good reviews and they had a showroom on my way home from work so I decided to stop by and see what they were about. I explained to the salesman my dilemma. When I told him I was impressed that they had hundreds of reviews on Google and stood at a solid 5.0 he said the reason for that is because they have great customer service and they take great care in making sure all the components will work well with each other so there won't be problems down the road with finicky hardware. These are the two things that sold me. Also, even though they only have a 1 year warranty on parts, they have lifetime labor and support. I called them for support a couple days after bringing it home (it was just a minor configuration issue) and was very impressed with how much they really seemed to care about making sure I was taken care of. Cooper took very good care of me and I ended up with the impression that if I ever needed help they would have my back. This is huge! My computer is flawless. Beautifully put together and fast as hell. I am not always the easiest to impress but I have to say that I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I could not have built a PC this nice. To start off, I have had fantastic experiences with Meta in every aspect. I have engaged with them for a custom water-cooled PC build, a PC upgrade, and a warranty repair, and I wish more places operated as they do. For the custom build, everything looked great and it doesn't feel like any corners were cut. Unfortunately, within a couple of months, there was an issue, and I had to take the computer in for a warranty repair. Again, they took care of the problem with no questions asked. Finally, I had an old PC that I wanted to upgrade with a new CPU cooler, video card, and case. Less than 24 hours later, everything was done and has been working flawlessly. Despite hardware issues that are not their fault and have been quickly resolved, my experience has been perfect. A big shout out to Korbin and Trogdor for taking the time to listen and ensure everything was taken care of. read more

Brought my PC to them after a false diagnostics from Desert Computer Solutions(do NOT go to them) and super friendly greeting at the door, within a day they found them problem was one of the many power lines wasnt completely attached on my strimmer. I must have seen/spoke to 2 or 3 different people and they all knew exactly what was going on with my situation so i didnt have to repeat myself, easy to see they really communicate with each other and work as a team on every system in their hands. I paid for the diagnosis but because it was such a simple issue they didnt even charge me for the fix, you can really tell they care about their customer satisfaction above all else. Not to mention their store is cool as hell displaying all of their sick custom builds... PC, laptops or anything else I will never trust anyone but META with my gear.
