Then the dentist cleans your teeth or, if time for once a year x-rays, the tech does them. The Dentist Never checks your tongue, looks in your mouth for anything other than to clean and scrape teeth. I received both good and bad reviews for the above dentist but was told a new dentist bought the practice so thought I would check it out. I went and the dental hygienist was great, then Dr Patel came in and we talked about the issue With was having. He suggested 2 caps as a preventative measure so I took his advice and chose to proceed. However, he did not do the work. Someone else did the caps and they were never right. I wen back 4 times for them to be corrected and asked for one in particular to be redone as the insider of my mouth kept getting chewed up every time I ate. They were reluctant to do that and after a small adjustment asked me to try again. I decided not to further be put off as they had no intention of starting the process over. And, by the way, the cap wouldn't stay on even after being glued on twice. Well, it fell off the 3rd time and it was a relief to just have it out of my mouth. However, I needed a cap so I went to a new dentist and asked him to redo this shoddy work. The post had to be rebuilt and a new cap put on. This cost me $975.00 out and f my pocket which is more than I got on SS each month. Live and learn. I just want to save someone else this pain and expense.

She recently had an unpleasant experience at another dentist who was aggressively cleaning her teeth and chastising her because it had been so long so she walked out in the middle of the cleaning. I talked to Ilana before scheduling and explained my daughter's situation and that she can be a difficult patient. Ilana had no qualms whatsoever about taking her on as a patient. Ellen worked with me for several weeks to get her an appointment as she is a college student with a challenging schedule. Everything went really well and now my daughter has a new dentist!

When my mom asked how long it should take, the response from the doctor was "depends how much you talk." I cannot say enough about this practice. The staff is awesome. In this day and age it is hard to find people that truly care about people and having good customer service. Everyone in the office was very friendly. The dentist that my husband saw was Dr. Alex Cauterucci. He was so kind. My husband has Aphasia and Dr. Cauterucci was so patient with him. The extraction went very smoothly and my husband has not had much pain. We are so thankful that we picked the "right" dentist on line. I would recommend this dental practice and Dr. Cauterucci in particular to anyone looking for a dentist.
