Awful place to go. Not a clean establishment either. I brought in a crown that fell out and they put it back in my mouth without even cleaning it first. The office won't call you back and will mock you over the phone. They might have been a good dentist office in the past, but something changed and they are terrible people. I wrote a bad review in the past and they kept me in the chair almost forcing me to change my review. I have ptsd now about him belittling me in the chair. Now I worry about how much more I will have to suffer and pay for my decision to do here. read more

Just came from my yearly dental visit. This office is well organized and very professional. My dental hygienist was Ms. DePaul ( I forgot to ask her name and I am not sure if I spelled her name correctly ). She introduced herself and explained everything before doing what she needed to do. This is important to me, she did not have a heavy hand. I know that she was NOT digging for gold in my mouth between my teeth ( haha- you know what I am talking about). My teeth are not sore and were not bleeding. Who can say they enjoyed their dental cleaning . I am proud to say I did. I also scheduled my next cleaning with her also. Thank you, Thank you , Ms. DePaul for a very positive experience. I also love the tv screen in the front of the dental chair and above the ceiling. First time going here and I love it!! Immediately greeted when I walked in and the ladies at the front were helpful when filling out the paperwork since I was a new patient. The decor is very warm and bright. There was a Keurig and bottles of water in the fridge for everyone to enjoy. There is plenty of couches and chairs to sit in the small waiting room. I didn't wait long at all before I went to the back. Donna is awesome! She loves to get to know all of her patients and it feels great. She took the time to really get to know me and she really cared about what I had to say. I've been to a few dentist and this is the first dentist office I been to that the hygienist really cared for her patients. Since I was a new patient I had to get x-rays of my teeth and that took about 5-10 minutes. Then they used this new tool I never heard of but it basically checks how healthy my gums are. Then after that I had my cleaning. After my cleaning Dr. K came in and made sure everything went well and checked my teeth. After she wanted to get to know more about me and my options for an invisiline. She was great and her attitude was even better. This by far is my favorite dentist and I will not be going anywhere else to get my cleaning done. read more

Back to 5 stars. They review costs of all services with patients now and have them initial the estimate before any service is performed! Andddd they are going over and beyond with safety during this pandemic. There is a fee for that also, but that seems to be the industry practice at this time. I have nothing but nice things to say about this practice and its people. This place really emphasizes patient comfort... From the waiting room (where they provide complimentary coffee, water bottles, tea, etc) to the patient chair (where you'll be given the choice of watching of your favorite Netflix show or listening to your choice of music) they really make an appointment a pleasant experience. They have TVs in front of your chair and mounted on the ceiling so you can watch (with noise canceling headphones) while the dentist is at work! The office seems state of the art. In the end, it's the staff that really matters and they're great. Donna (the hygienist) is very personable and I received the best cleaning I've ever had. I recently needed some work done with my fillings and wisdom teeth, and Dr Sampat was great at explaining what was going on, laying out my options, and providing exceptional dental care. This is by far the best dentist's office I've ever been to. I left my old dentist because he was very rough with my teeth and never told me what he was doing. This office kept me completely in the loop with every step of the process, and made the dentistry process much much more enjoyable than it usually is! They really strive to make the patient comfortable. They also use really cutting edge technology; by the time I left their office, I swear my teeth were whiter than when I came in. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Updated: we left the practice and expressed our concern when we left. It is a beautiful facility. The staff is SO nice and friendly. They work hard to make you comfortable with Netflix, music, warming blanket... pretty much anything you need! They seem very knowledgeable and thorough in their exams and cleanings. I felt very confident in what they were doing while I was there. BUT... my husband and I had to return to the office after having fillings done (or replaced) here. Two times, our teeth ended up too sensitive, like shooting pain with anything cold or hot, after an old filling was replaced... and this last time, not only did I experience pain during the procedure (the meds take forever to kick in with me), they contoured my tooth improperly, so I constantly got food stuck in between my teeth (I had to floss after every meal because it was so bad). My in-laws left for the very same reasons. I'm sure they will get better with time... If this review is more than 1-2 years old when you are reading it, read everyone else's with more weight. They are newer to the area as I write this. I hate leaving negative reviews, but they asked for a review while I sat in the chair. So, I initially left five stars out of pressure. We wouldn't leave if we truly felt it was a 5 star experience. read more

Dr. Sampat is amazing! At 25 years old I still get nervous going to the dentist LOL but he makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. He carefully explains at every visit what he is going to be doing and walks you through each step, which is a huge relief. He is very gentle and the best part- everything is pain free! I never feel pain with Dr. Sampat and he makes the whole experience feel like a breeze. I recommend him to any and everyone! Up until yesterday, I would have given this practice five stars. The dentist and hygienist who have taken care of me have been excellent, especially after my disappointing experience at another practice after my longtime dentist retired. Yesterday I was seen on an "emergency" basis with intermittent throbbing pain and swelling of my left jaw. I was given a diagnosis and an appointment to return in two weeks. The pain is nauseating and when I called I did not receive a callback. Getting a prescription for an antibiotic (after consulting with my pcp) was a problem because the receptionist wrote down the wrong number for the pharmacy, could not remember the name of the pharmacy (CVS) and could not pronounce the name of the antibiotic the doctor prescribed. Meanwhile the pain is intense even with 1000 mg of Tylenol every 4-5 hours. (I can't use NSAIDS). I honestly don't know what to do next. read more
