Got a to-go from this place. Pretty disappointing for my Nepali palate tbh. But good over all. The chatpate was actually really good ( please go easy with the food coloring though) but the momo was underwhelming. The filling was next to nothing in the momo and lacked spices. The sauce didn't compensate for the lack of flavor either. Its good food but would need to spice up their game if they want to attract more customers who like it authentic.

First heads-up: this place is tricky to find. It's actually hidden inside Volcano Tea House. Look for Volcano Tea House, head in, and you'll spot the noodle counter tucked in the back. Worth the hunt--trust me. The lady there is super nice and genuinely hospitable. Made me feel welcome right away, like I was stepping into a family kitchen instead of a restaurant. That warmth is hard to come by. I ordered the hand-pulled noodles with beef brisket, and dang, the broth is unreal. Deep, rich, layered with savory, smoky depth--perfectly balanced, not overly salty, just pure addiction in a bowl. The noodles have that ideal chewy bounce only fresh hand-pulled can deliver, and the brisket was tender, melt-in-your-mouth without turning to mush. I slurped every last drop like it was my last meal. If you're in Denver and you love real-deal noodle soup, make the effort to track this spot down. It's earned its place at the top of my rotation. 5/5, no question. Go find it.

I ordered the hand pulled noodles with beef brisket and it tasted great. The soup wasn't as flavorful as I wanted it to be, but the beef and hand pulled noodles were tender and tasty. If you are shopping at Hmart in Aurora I would stop in and give this place a shot if you enjoy this type of food.

That's a pretty strong endorsement. Also the interior of the restaurant was fairly modern and clean. For anyone unfamiliar with it, soondae (순대) is a traditional Korean blood sausage made by stuffing pork or beef intestines with a mixture of blood, glass noodles, rice or starch, and seasonings. It's one of Korea's most popular street foods and is typically enjoyed with salt or a dipping sauce. One thing to know before you go: this restaurant specializes in soup-based dishes. Every entrée revolves around soup, including the bulgogi. I had never seen bulgogi served in a broth before, so it was a pleasant surprise for both my boyfriend and me. Most of the soups also included clear glass noodles and came in a wide variety of combinations, so there were plenty of options to choose from. One detail I really appreciated was their takeout packaging. If you have leftovers, they use a professional heat-sealing machine that applies a thin plastic seal over the container before the lid goes on. It's a thoughtful touch that keeps the soup leak-proof and makes transporting leftovers much easier. If you're craving authentic Korean comfort food--especially soondae soup--this place is definitely worth a visit.

The restaurant is small and pretty busy throughout the day but we never had to worry about getting seated, filled with lots of anime knick knacks and even mangas for you to read (Yes my otakus rush there right now haha) Service has always been good with being seated right away as well as getting our orders in and drinks come pretty quickly. The staff is always fast paced in a good way, we always get checked in, asked for refills, and get our check/ togo boxes in a timely manner, nothing over the top too which I like. Only thing Ive noticed is that we dont really get our meals out at the same time and have to wait a bit in between which is not really a big deal. We Always Order "Katsu Don" 3/5 HUGE PORTION and great flavors, wish it wasnt so drenched all the time but no worries "Nigiri Assortment" 5/5 Awesome price for nigiris and rolls, we love the shrimp tempura rolls! "Tonkatsu/Black Garlic Tonkatsu Ramen" 4/5Great flavors especially the broth, nothing over the top but super decent ramen! "Beef Curry" 3/5 Was decent, wouldnt really order again though. Katsu Ramen was great and will definetely be our to-go place for some quick nigiris and ramen with great fast service and great pricing with awesome japanese ambience!!!

My vietnamese blood cannot be picky about thìs place. We live 10 min from Asia central in federal and food here hands down beat most of our favorites. We ordered 1) clay pot fish (bone in). Huge portion. Worth it. And the flavor is authentic. 2) shaken beef. Tender. 3) to go salad combo. Even good the next day 4) bun Bo vermicelli. My hub said the best in Denver he had and he had a few 5) lotus wonton. My picky toddler liked it. 6) lemonade lychee. They were so sweet even gave my 2 yo extra lychee when I asked so she can behave in her chair Overall highly recommend. Wish they were closer to us but it's a great place

When you think of Vietnamese, Americans tend to think of Pho, noodle bowls and lemongrass chicken but we need more places the focuses in home cooking and dishes that locals eat. Ingredients are fresh and dishes pack a powerful flavor bomb...I mean wow! The use of shrimp paste and other traditional ingredients really elevate flavors that many Americans are not used to, but you have to try it to understand. Their claypots are a must order and with a side of rice....you'll be eating for days! The star of the night was the pork and calamari claypot which is cooked in shrimp paste and your favorite Vietnamese spices and herbs. You'll finish bowls of rice with this dish, it packs so much flavor that you'll be wanting more. It's a great mix of salty, sweet and umami from the fermented shrimp paste. The Vietnamese curry was thick and packed with succulent shrimp. The veggies at a very nice brightness to balance out the coconut milk. The last dish we had was a shrimp lemon grass in the clay pot and that was also a hit with everyone! Service is amazing and they definitely know how to recommend dishes to match your taste buds. They went out of the way to help everyone and it shows. If you need a new spot, check Dan Da!
