First time I called the owner Jen was super sweet and let me try out a different location before making a decision. Unfortunately the location near my new place just isn't as nice as Hunt Club's. I called again to cancel and this time Nik (also an owner) picked up. Maybe he was in a bad mood or it was too early in the morning, but from the moment he picked up, his abrasive and rude attitude threw me off. Anyways he said he would cancel my membership and then abruptly hung up on me. I'm just saying, it was uncalled for and very unprofessional, which is so unfortunate because it really ruined my perception of this place. If this is "premium fitness," then I'm a flying elephant. Movati doesn't care about hygiene, ethics, or customer service. You're paying for STD soup pools, bait-and-switch fees, and staff who gaslight you at the front desk. Want better? Literally anywhere else is cleaner, cheaper, and run by grown adults.
