They have different styles, but both are fabulous. It's a great place for beginners and they clearly are very skilled at what they do. It is not hot yoga. It's room temperature. It's a small studio with big windows and a clean, beautiful atmosphere. You can sign up for a free first class, and an introductory month of unlimited classes is very cheap. If you are looking for or are thinking of switching studios, check this out for small class sizes and wonderful teachers.

Drop in fees are bit pricey ($17) but it's more affordable with a student card ($12), and they offer a variety of packages. This is that place I've been looking for to get out of my yoga rut!

Each month the payment comes off your credit card. The studio is clean, modern and they keep the bathrooms exceptionally clean. The showers work great and there's room to hang your stuff and lockers for your valuables. The instructors are PHENOMENAL!!!!! Every time I leave a class I think ok now this is my favourite instructor. But it's impossible to choose because they all have their own amazing style. I love that they're all hardocre, they make the classes fun but trust me you're working your butt off! The fact that they make it fun and challenging is what makes the time fly and you just want to improve so you don't feel bored. They cater to all levels of yogis.
