When I called with them to coordinating drop off they not only changed the schedule from 5 days to 15 day (which I get things getting backed up) but almost doubled the price even when I was fine with the 15 days. Remind you this thing is like 12 steps, 75 balusters, all kinds of pieces. These guys at pike had it all stripped, and re powder coated, wrapped up nicely right around 2 weeks. I was really happy with the experience and I'll be a try turning customer if I ever need anything of this sort again.
