DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE, THEY DOUBLE-BILL YOU. At the start of last month, I made a purchase online and was charged, only to be charged yet AGAIN for the exact same purchase. I immediately called the store, and at first an indifferent kid explained that the third-party merchant they use to process their transactions "made an error," but, you know, whatever. I then demanded to speak to her supervisor, who got on line ten minutes later and apologized, insisting that this "error" would be fixed "soon." When I asked "how soon," she admitted she didn't know. That was last Monday. As of today, it's been a week and there is STILL no refund in my checking account. I've now started the paperwork for my bank to begin a formal transaction dispute with Neptune; it'll take at least another week before I receive a refund from my bank through this avenue, but it's clearly the only way I'm going to get back the money Neptune Cigars stole from me. One final comment: I called three other times beyond the time I described above; one of the people I spoke with mentioned that "lots of customers" have been affected by this "error." I mention this to point out that they're clearly double-charging MANY customers, so if you don't want to risk going through this horrendous process, either go directly to the store and pay in cash, or buy your cigars somewhere else. read more

First time going here and it will not be the last. It was right next door to the hotel I was staying in. We bought a wide variety of sticks to smoke on a recent vacation cruise. This place is AMAZING! With the long holidays coming my way, I thought I'd stock up with my cigars and enjoy them over the weekend. Normally I'd get my cigars at Total Wine as they have a pretty decent collection. But it's no comparison to this place. The entire store is like a huge cigar humidor. I am pretty sure the whole store is temperature controlled because all the cigars are in display out of their boxes so you can pick out the exact cigar you want. And the cigar selections here is out of the world. With isles and isles of cigars on the shelves, if you can't find the cigar you are looking for, it probably didn't exist (unless you are looking for Cuban cigars ;) ) We were just looking for a few cigarillos in this trip, which were stocked behind the check register. The lady working there was very helpful and gave us a little lesson on the different brands. With me just joining their reward programs where I can get cash back with each purchase, we'll be coming back for sure. read more

My order wasn't delivered and I opened a Paypal claim which caused them to call me only after opening a Paypal dispute to say they were re-sending my order. I closed the Paypal claim which means it can't be re-opened. My order wasn't re-sent. They sent an email saying they couldn't re-ship due to an open Paypal dispute. Holy chicken and the egg, Cigarman. 3 weeks later, presumably due to this review, they finally refunded me. With so many other options, Cigarman orders elsewhere now. read more

I have only interacted with Neptune Cigar via the web, however I wanted to take the time to write about my insanely good customer support experience with them. There is not doubt they have one of the best selections on the web, and locally if you're in and around their stores, but what sets them apart is their dedication to service. This is the second time I've needed to talk to support & they're always extremely expedient on their responses, even responding on holidays, and making sure issues are taken care of extremely fast. The first of which was an issue with my card going through since it is an international account. They emailed me within 10 minutes of my order, indicating they needed confirmation of my ID in order to push the order through. Needless to say, shortly after I sent in a picture of my ID, my order went through and shipping went out that day. My next order ran into a shipping issue that was completely out of their hands. Per usual, within minutes of me contacting them, they provided a response that was in no way to their benefit and only to mine in order to keep me a happy customer. Many other retailers would have told me sorry, tough luck, and I would have been out of hard earned money. They now have a loyal customer who has already spoke wonders about their selection and service to my smoking pals. I would easily recommend buying cigars from these lovely folks. read more

This place was a total surprise... Some friends told me about this place and they were not wrong! They have lots and I mean lots of open boxed cigars... For most of any taste... They have the rare and great out there... There is also a lounge area wi a large tv screen to watch games... You can come and smoke your cigar and stay at the lounge... They do not have alcohol license, but let you bring your own... Cover fee is 15$ per peson that has to be spent inside the store, so just go and buy a noce cigar and smoke it there... I personally thought Neptune Cigar was really cool. Love that one side was dedicated to cigars, perfect for my BF, and the other half dedicated to hookah, perfect for me. On the other hand, my BF who is a cigar aficionado was not impressed with their selection, especially compared to what the offer online and did mention that the in-store vs. online prices were higher. The cashier did inform us that this was the smaller location and that their main store was located in Miami. So maybe that had something to do with the limited cigar selection. On the other hand, I was a huge fan of the smoking lounge, very unexpected. Although we didn't stay, I would totally want to hang out there. Still writing reviews from Yelp Spring Break 2015. I'll start this review by stating that I am NOT a cigar smoker, but a close friend does and so does my traveling companion so we stopped in here. I'm going out on a limb, but I think the entire store is a humidor If I was ever to pick up another bad habit, I'd want it to take place right here. I probably went to my first cigar store around St. Patrick day and thought it was small but the staff was friendly, well this place is large than my living room and it had everything a cigar smoke could ever desire. When I tell you I was in cigar heaven and loving every minute of it, so I can only imagine how true smokers feel in the place. The staff was super friendly and informative, I left having spent $52 on 5 cigars, so I don't know if that average or not, but one of them was $22, so I'm not complaining. I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to stop by on our last day in town, but we pulled out about 11am and they weren't open yet when we drove past. Whenever I'm in the area again, I'm coming back just for a friendly visit. Our purchases were packed in the Ziploc type pouch with the store logo on front. My one and only souvenir Very small parking lot in front of the store, but I didn't notice if there was additional parking in the back or side lots. Wonderful place. Spent 2 hours here with my dad. The outside appearance is deceiving, scarce parking, a few spots for short term shoppers, a few others for those staying at lounge. Entered the shop side, business is divided in 2 halves by a glass wall with door. The shop side has a huge selection of thousands of cigars, most any brand you can think of. Staff spoke Spanish, but English also. Helpful. You must purchase at least $15 worth of cigars per person to use lounge. On other side of glass wall, a very clean store with nice woman who waited on us. Several glass cases, high end lighters, vape machines, pipes, ashtrays for sale, etc. soda & coffee for sale. Towards the back, a door leads to a beautiful lounge with leather couches, clean restrooms, art on the walls, TV's, ashtrays. Please see photos, including rules. 2 other lounges, one in Little Havana (no lounge), and a second one further north open Florida has a lounge. Will return! Great stop before a cruise. Worst place to go for an interview. 10 minutes and you're gone. Atleast do a phone interview. Discriminating too. Just one look at the color of your skin. Felt weird. SMH. UPDATE: The employer responded via google with me wrinkling my nose. Lmfao. I have friends that smoke around me ma'am or Mr. I never did so. Show video evidence that I was wrinkling my nose please because you will come out as a very good liar. I would love the video evidence ASAP. Do not lie when discrimination is involve. Discrimination can mean a lot of things. It doesn't have to be the color of one's skin. And with that being said your employees behind the counter was not too friendly after my arrival and they seemed to be of a different ethnic background. You've discriminated on my looks. And as I am not a smoker, you turned down my application. This isn't a nice move on your part when you said that I behaved oddly in the shop. I will make sure I send both reviews to other websites because this is sickening. I came here for an interview not to act like a maniac from the scent. If that was the case I wouldn't have came there for a bloody interview. Be aware when you head over to that store for an interview. This is a good shop. I've been going here regularly to get cigars. I've always been a very leisure cigar smoker...buying 1-3 at a time. I recently went in and decided to explore getting a humidor to make sure my cigars that survived the weekend were kept in the right conditions. I asked the guy at the counter what i should get. The Pros: 1. The lounge is comfortable and well appointed. 2. The staff is friendly and helpful. 3. THE SELECTION! I don't think I've ever seen such a good collection, this business is aptly named as a superstore. They had everything I wanted. 4. Their prices are incredibly fair. I was surprised by the value I found here. 5. Clean bathrooms. 6. Massive selection of hookahs, shisha, and glassware set aside in its own mini-store. Doesn't throw off the cigar vibe, but still caters to those who would want it. The Cons (There aren't many.): 1. If they had 12 more spaces this would be perfect. As it is, the parking is limited, with a good chunk carved out for 20 minute parking and a handicapped spot. That's it!
