My son-in-law purchased a 4-grave lot in the late 70's. They buried someone else on the lot and he…read morehad to choose another lot. He chose one where the magnolia trees are and they were very small at the time. He passed away in 1997 and his son passed away in 2018. Those trees are huge now and their roots grow on top of the ground.They are uprooting the grave markers and one of them is sinking.Every time I visit the graves I have to rake all the leaves, cones & sticks off. I have talked to Mark twice about this and he let's me know that he manages the gardens and the trees are good. Those trees are pretty,but a nuisance and damaging to the headstones.

I try to visit at least once or twice a month with the beau, and there's no denying that this is a popular place. Well, as "popular" as a venue of this type can be, I suppose. Unfortunately, there's always at least one freshly dug memorial plot or newly buried. We are never alone, as there's always several other people visiting their loved ones. So, going back to this weekend... They did a wonderful gesture for all the people who lay to rest here and their friends and families. They offered a night for all to come visit (as per usual). However, Saturday night was different. They lined the inner roads that wind through the cemetery with tea lights inside paper bags and everyone was welcome to take one to give to their loved ones. We all came out to let her know that she's [never] alone. It was a very heartfelt and moving night as friends and families came out and shared this moment with our beloved(s). To the staff at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, I sincerely thank you for offering such a comforting activity. RIP

No one wanted to give the proper information, and that will stay with us forever. A Funeral shall never cause more harm than good nor put humanity over profit or place sin at the wall of honoring the returning person to its new destination or bring a unbearable torment and trauma to their love ones.... However, these people are choosing who they want to help. Shame on you. First, I need help with my utilities and food. Arrived there around 8:45am. About 8:55 this unfriendly older white man. Yell out the door no good morning or anything. Stated you don't have to waited in lines go and get into your car because we will open in 45 mins. WOW!! I understand it was very cold outside but your body language speaks volumes and I already know that he was a very rude unfriendly old man. They open the door around 9:35 which was awesome. The same unfriendly older man. Started stating the new rules for the 2025 cooperative ministry and how he loves being a volunteer over the past years and that they are low on funds helping families in need. Secondly, the rules was not explained in good understanding terms. They just keep asking do you have any questions. The reality were mostly for new clients or clients who have use the food pantry 5 months or more. Please Beware!!!! The new rules 2025 is that for 5 months you will need to use their food pantry once a month or now twice. If you have used their food pantry for 5 months or more then if they have the funds to help with rent and/or utilities you can get help stated by Ms.Becky. My story like I said at the beginning, I needed help with my utilities and food due to temporary loss of wages. Because I used this ministry back in 2017 (Yes) 2017)for rent assistance 8 years ago. The smart ash old white man and Ms.Becky stated they could not help me with the electric bill and ask me did I still need help with food. I stated NO. Why would I need so called good frozen food if there is no electricity. Another real issue the Unfriendly old man started to throw my application in a trash bin and not a shredder. So, I told him to please hand me my application to shred it the correct way. Just awful and sad.

It's a pleasure writing this review. Excellent from beginning to end, Kim Dillard represented Neptune well. Prompt, knowledgeable, professional, patient, just what was needed. Above all caring, not about pressure sale. She was more like a new friend not a salesperson. She allowed me space/time to do my research and comparison. Neptune offered me everything and was cost effective. After joining in about 3 days I received my beautiful memento kit. A load has been lifted from my shoulders and I am so happy I made the choice to allow Neptune to take care of me. My family will not have the burden of trying to handle everything, it's all inclusive. Kim Dillard was the reason and the many things Neptune offers did it for me. Mark was incredible! We had an extremely time consuming and difficult death of a service member who had no family to make his final arrangements. I made one call from hospice and they were there at the exact time I requested after her passing. Gave us time that we requested but yet they were prompt and professional. My mother-in-law met with Keenan before her passing and told us she knew that was where she wanted to be and she would be "cared for" there, unlike some other places she had talked to. Their prices are much less than anywhere else, but that does not mean they cut corners and are cheap in the way they do things. Nothing but the best here. Thank you Byrd and Flanigan for everything you did for our family!

There is a hornets nest I also reported near my father's grave, "yeah we know about it, it was there last year" uhm what????? The entire staff seem to operate this business with a sense of "having a calling" to be in this line of work. When planning final arrangements, you need people who understand, will exercise patience, compassion and understanding. On the recommendation of a friend, My mom chose Wages and Sons. After reading some positive reviews, I agreed that they were the one. The facility was decorated ornately Although some might call it cluttered. Either way, it's a funeral home. I couldn't help it when I shuddered. We were doing a memorial elsewhere, So they worked with us on the price. I assume that they do that a lot. But my mom thought it was nice. My brother in law was there for the viewing Since none of us were up to the task. He actually volunteered to do it. It was way more than I would have asked. They were expedient with the cremation. Soon we picked up his ashes. It's hard to believe that he's gone. It's amazing how quickly life flashes. The next day we held a celebration of life At my father's favorite restaurant. It was a beautiful send off. I know it's everything he would want. I have to say thank you to Kent. He was gentle in handling our grief. Having dad well taken care of Provided us all with much relief.

We unfortunately had to request the services of Wages and Sons for my mother. We had a few options…read morein mind for funeral homes and crematories near us, but ultimately decided on Wages and Sons. They were attentive and respected our requests, clean, brightly lit, spacious. They also were knowledgeable in Buddhist rituals and ceremonies. They were prompt with our inquiry and listed everything out needed in detail. Literally a one stop shop. We were able to select a casket, flowers for casket, set up for the rituals; they also have urns and processes death certificates. The room we used had a breakroom, coffee makers, anything we needed. Plenty of seating were provided. We're glad we went with Wages. Everything was handled with great care.
