From the very first email interaction they were kind and understanding and when Dr. Jenn arrived that morning she was so incredibly compassionate and took time to explain what would happen and gave me all the time I needed in those final moments. I've done this at a vets office before and there is absolutely no comparison. I suggest if you have the means, you should euthanize your pet at home. Due to COVID-19 concerns Mother's large extended family that live in California, Hawaii and Arizona were not able to attend her funeral. Upon the initial meeting with the funeral director, we asked if others would be able to view the service. We were told no problem - "they did it all the time". We were also told the service would be available online for a period of time after the service. Imagine our surprise when the funeral director showed up with her personal cell phone and a flimsy tri-pod to film the service. This failure was hugely significant as we could have arranged for a professional videographer to film and stream the service. The video was completely unsuccessful and no one could hear the service. It was so inadequate that it could not be viewed later online either due to the sound quality. Phone calls were made to the office during the service but to no avail. There were many many more issues with the services received. I sent a letter to the General Manager on June 23, 2020 explaining what had occurred and our extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of Mother's service. My two aunts each sent letters around that same time as well. We are now in October - none of us have received a response to our letters. There are no "do-overs" in these types of situations, but I would have expected far better from a long-time Tallahassee business. They are in serious need of new management and personnel, and their customer service is abysmal.

It was one debacle after another but the worst is that they misspelled my mother's last name and sent it off to social security. It took us weeks to unravel this and I never did receive death certificates from the funeral home but had to order them through the state. You cannot do anything without the death certificates and it took me almost 2 months to get them. Do not use either of these companies!
