I'm not sure what's going on over here but I definitely would not allow them to have anything to do…read morewith my loved ones my dead husband is currently missing he is not in his burial plot The Headstone is gone somebody has dug him up and they are telling me I need a subpoena to get any information. They are currently being accused of breach of contracts and Theft they are legitly Body Snatchers . Do not and I repeat do not trust your loved ones to this funeral home they have absolutely stolen my husband and I do not even know where he's at and they will not tell me. In fact when I became upset they are ready to call the cops after they stole my dead husband I still don't know where he's at people don't trust these people do not let them lay one hand on anybody you ever loved or you will be sitting here feeling like I do today .

So this is "Dignity" service. This is the fourth time these folks stuck square styrofoam into a…read moreround hole. This has been complained about in person in the past, multiple times. Management says, "It won't happen again." That was two times ago. Last time she said, "I will personally take care of it." I think she thought I was bluffing. We paid for quality, professional service, we got lop-sided, square styrofoam. The world will see this photo every time they search for Culley's at Meadowood if I can manage it. We don't want apologies, we want correct behavior! Folks, go somewhere that understands the meaning of the word Dignity. It isn't here!

This is a cemetery, so I'm not quite sure how to review it. But I will say that we went to a very…read moremoving service for a young person, and we could hardly hear the speaker. The highway is right nearby, so it would make such a tribute more meaningful if Culley's could provide a microphone or some other way for an officiant's voice to be heard better.

My mother died the end of April and we had a graveside service May 3rd. She had a prearranged and…read moreprepaid service, and other family members are buried there in a family plot. Due to COVID-19 concerns Mother's large extended family that live in California, Hawaii and Arizona were not able to attend her funeral. Upon the initial meeting with the funeral director, we asked if others would be able to view the service. We were told no problem - "they did it all the time". We were also told the service would be available online for a period of time after the service. Imagine our surprise when the funeral director showed up with her personal cell phone and a flimsy tri-pod to film the service. This failure was hugely significant as we could have arranged for a professional videographer to film and stream the service. The video was completely unsuccessful and no one could hear the service. It was so inadequate that it could not be viewed later online either due to the sound quality. Phone calls were made to the office during the service but to no avail. There were many many more issues with the services received. I sent a letter to the General Manager on June 23, 2020 explaining what had occurred and our extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of Mother's service. My two aunts each sent letters around that same time as well. We are now in October - none of us have received a response to our letters. There are no "do-overs" in these types of situations, but I would have expected far better from a long-time Tallahassee business. They are in serious need of new management and personnel, and their customer service is abysmal.
