Moving to the 'burbs I needed to find someone to do my yard ('cause my husband wasn't going to do it). Believe it or not I found them in a resource guide and gave them a call. When David answered and spoke English I was sold (and their pricing didn't hurt either). The guys that come are always nice, move things and put them back where they go. They give me tips on how to make the yard look better if I want and give me other suggestions. I've needed them to come on short notice if I'm having an outdoor party and they always found the time to fit me in. This company was AMAZING! David was very responsive and came out to give us a quote within a day. He was very professional. After measuring and taking some photos he provided us with an emailed quote listing all of the services to be rendered in an easy to read chart. As if this wasn't impressive enough, he began the work within a day clearing away weeds etc. A couple of days later (he had to get utilities to come out so as not to cut any lines- another impressive aspect no other company had mentioned) he had his guys out removing tree stumps, planting, and mulching. They were also very clean and neat. They put anything they touched back where they found it and they even swept up our covered patio. A few months ago, our lawn company just stopped showing up. Emailed the lady and her verbatim response was, "oh yeah, we stopped servicing your area and I forgot to tell you"...nice. Messaged Nerak here on yelp and within a few hours I had a lovely response from the owner David, a quote and an appointment for first thing the next morning. In the morning there was a very tiny hiccup which David so kindly and very quickly rectified and my lawn looks GREAT! I found this company on Yelp after Hurricane Irma. I was optimistic since finding a reliable landscaping company in Miami is difficult. Initially everything was working great. David was great when he first went to the house to assess what needed to be done. Fast forward seven months, the dry season in Miami was upon us and I wanted to adjust my service so that I was not paying for unnecessary services and then the trouble began. I sent the company an email March 26 to only have service for April done at the end of the month since my lawn was pretty much dead. Then I sent another email on April 11 asking to skip April all together because the service was not going to be necessary. I never received a response to either email. May 1st comes around and I am charged $150 for April (that's the twice monthly service at $75 per service). I call the company inquiring why I am being charging. Leticia (I think that's her name - couldn't really understand her accent) tells me that she will check with David and then calls me back to say that they had visited my house for service on April 5th and April 20th. I did see the guys on April 20th and told them to not service the lawn as I sent an email asking not to service my property. The guy I spoke to said he would send the company a text and discontinued service. I call Leticia back asking why I was being charged for April 20th and April 5th since I have emails cancelling service for April. She tells me that when a customer adjusts their service it causes too much trouble for them. She said and I quote' "Just cancel your service all together. We have enough customers" and she also said something about if it is about the money well refund you the $150 and give you the free service for April 5th. Lady, of course it is about the money. It is my hard earned money that I work for and budget accordingly. I shouldn't pay for services that I don't need or services that I cancelled for which I have evidence to that effect. Horrible customer service!!!! Positives if you choice to go with this company, they charge you and invoice you monthly and send you the invoice via email.
