Well, I was using my laser printer for an art project. And killed my laser printer. Sent it to NerdService to diagnose, on the direction of Brother. Bought another used laser printer online (had a deadline and couldn't stop), killed it too. Both were todos muertos. So I bought a reconditioned laser printer from NerdService, finished my project, and have a functioning, lovely laser printer. I have to have a laser printer for what I do (proprietary secrets), but as for the destructive process that I committed to- well, I will use another process next time. The guys at NerdService were very nice to me, even when explaining (gently). I will definately use them again, and have a soft spot in my heart for them, since in my mind, they were part of the art creation process. Albeit unwillingly.
