I had an older Apple iPhone XR that had been sitting in a drawer collecting dust. My 10 year old has been an honor roll student and never misses a beat, so I decided to let her have this old iPhone XR. The only problem was that the phone would only power up when it was on the charge and the would never hold a charge. I've known about iTiger Phone Repair for ages. They came highly recommended to me in the past so I decided, what the heck, let me check them out. I went into the store on a Tuesday and they were packed. The nice guy behind the counter, Rob, heard me out and gave me 3-4 options as to what it could be and what it could cost. Anywhere from $60 for a new charge port to $100+ for battery and charge port. I dropped off my phone, gave him my contact inform and he called me about an hour later to inform me the phone was as good as new. I called 4 different places and could not locate anyone to replace the battery on my 2016 Iphone SE. Called ITiger and was quoted a price over the phone and told the battery replacement would take 30 minutes. DO NOT COME HERE! Dropped off my phone to get fixed 6 days ago and was told it would take 3 days and I have not been able to get in touch with them since then. I have called multiple times a day and showed up to the shop 3 times a day during business hours and every time the lights are on/ computer on and no one is in the store after knocking and waiting for 30 min at a time! We brought our son's Mac here because the screen broke. They looked at it and said since the screen had retina display, they would have to order the part. They had him sign a paper that said it could be up to 14 days and if they ordered it and he later decided he didn't want it, he would be responsible for the cost of the part and the shipping. That sounded pretty standard. On about day 10, my son had already called several times to check on the status of the part and the lady told him that they needed to speak to the supplier because the part still wasn't in. He told her that he would like to take it somewhere else. Although she was very polite and professional, she did say that his card still could be charged. Later we spoke with Daniel, the owner. He also was very sweet, kind and professional. He said that the part was not in and that he was going to call the supplier and keep us updated. More than a week went by though and we never heard from anyone at iTiger. Somewhere around day 20 or so, we called back and were told that the part has been in but Daniel would not be able to BEGIN to work on it for 8 more working days. This was the part that was so baffling to me. When we had spoken the week before, Daniel said that he wanted to fix the computer. He told me that if I went anywhere else, the part would still have to be ordered, therefore any wait would start over and I would pay more anywhere else. But then the part comes in and they never call & when I call, they tell me they have the part but it will be a week before they can start? Perhaps it is more lucrative to fix iPads and iPhones than Mac screens. I really don't understand how this industry works. I would not recommend this place of business. The only positive thing was that they were very, very, nice guys; they're brothers. Everyone who works there has impeccable manners and professionalism. I'll give one star for great manners. Can't recommend this place enough. I did something stupid to a new phone. I'd rather not talk about it, but suffice it to say, the result was an extremely high-stakes game of Operation. The Internet said I couldn't win this game. I brought my phone in to iTiger, and one of the owners had me sorted out in fifteen minutes. In your face, Internet! I thought since their Facebook page seemed up to date the store would be a little more organized. A little discouraged when I was the store opened at 11:30, but I decided to give them a chance. The staff did not show up until 11:35 or 11:40. The store seemed a little un-organized and the back room looked to be in disarray. The best customer service I've had at any business ever. Seriously, I went in at 3:15 not realizing that the closed at 4.. nevertheless they were so accommodating and told me it would be read by 3:45. I went in at 3:35 and it was ready with a complementary tempered glass. The owner also replaces my front camera because he aid that when a phone blacks out the front camera usually gets messed up. I purchased a case as well. He told me that I have a year warranty and didn't need to worry about bringing the receipt because he put me in their computer. This was all only about $150. I would break my phone again to deal with these great people. read more

They overcharge for terrible repairs, assume their customers are lying to them, and are disrespectful to their customers. My husband's iPhone 5s screen was cracked, so he brought it in on Saturday, 6/28/2014 for a repair. He was charged $174.35 for a screen replacement. On Wednesday morning, 7/2/14, he noticed a small crack in the top right region of his screen. The phone was never dropped, hit on anything, or treated roughly since the repair 3 days prior. We brought it back to the shop on Wednesday evening to show the owner, and he said he'd open it, look at it, and if his work was bad he would replace the screen. He told us to come back about an hour later. We came back about 30 minutes later (around 6:30 pm) and he said there was nothing he could do. He showed us an extremely blurry video of him lifting up a screen "proving" the work was good. Nothing could be determined by the blurry video, and when I told him so I was met with extreme disrespect. I also pointed out that the phone screen has a blue tint, and we were under the impression the replaced screen was an actual Apple iPhone product. He denied the screen had a blue tint, blaming it on the phone's background. I opened up a webpage on Safari with a white background and the blue tint was glaringly obvious. He looked at the webpage briefly and said there was nothing he could do. He said people come in and lie to him every day, so he assumes that my husband is lying and dropped his phone. I told him he can't treat his customers that way and refused to speak to me further (saying "I don't know why this lady is yelling at me"), directing his comments at my husband. He started to tell us about the cost of the screens ($86) and that he does not make a huge profit so he can't repair cracks after he already replaced the screen because everyone lies to him about how it got damaged. I told him, as customers "that is not our problem." He responded, gesturing toward my husband's phone, "this isn't my problem!" He concluded by telling us if we buy our own screen online and bring it in, he will put it on the screen for no charge (only after we told him we'd be reporting them to the BBB). We declined the offer and walked out of the store. I do not believe the high cost of the repair is warranted. Either the workmanship is not up to par, or the screen is far too delicate to justify the $175 price tag. We do not wish to purchase another screen and have him repair it since we already spent a lot of money and got nothing but a bad product for it. The owner's inability to be flexible and work with his customers proves that he does not care about making a quality product. I recommend either finding another store to repair your screen, or spending $269 to send it to Apple and actually get a legitimate repair. read more

11:50 and nobody has arrived. Several customers have come and gone very upset. I'm waiting to have them fix an iPad that they replaced a screen on and does not work since I picked it up. When I picked it up they said the battery was dead, so charge it when I get home and it will fine. Not so much. read more

The store had every phone case imaginable on their walls to look at and buy. They seemed very competent and 100% convinced that they were supplying their customs with the best service they could provide and I could not agree more with them. I'd like to save all of you some time and money. If you have a broken phone or just need something done to it (change color/unlock/etc) you're wasting your time if you go anywhere but here. These guys were incredibly helpful and professional. They were more honest about the process of fixing my phone than I would even expect myself to be in this line of work. I didn't get overcharged for anything. Truthfully, I'm writing this review because I feel like I robbed these guys blind. This is my story: I broke my brand new galaxy s3 somewhere around 4 months ago. I stopped into myPhoneMD first and it was a huge waste of time. They said their supply guy didn't have the screen I needed and the girl there kind of helped me try to figure out how to order it, but I presume they did not see much potential profit out of the situation and therefore sent me packing. My next stop was at iTiger. They immediately told me how crappy of a situation I was in because of the cost of the screen I needed, but they were completely willing to help me in any way possible. We eventually decided I could order my own screen from whatever seller I wanted and bring it in to get installed. They even gave me a phone on loan for the time being. So when the screen came in I brought it in to get installed for a reasonable price (it was prorated because it did not take a full hour). TWO DAYS LATER the crappy screen I ordered stopped working. I brought it back in to figure out if it was the part or the installation that caused this. We discovered it was the part, as there was nothing faulty with the connections (they were fully willing to cover the costs if it was something they did wrong). So after getting jerked around by the company I ordered from and never getting the replacement screen, the guys at iTiger found someone that sells repaired screens at a considerably lower cost than what was being sold online. They ordered it for me and installed it for me yesterday, at which time I returned the loaner phone they let me use for FOUR MONTHS. I'm sure this is not typical, and not to be expected in most situations, but I guess because it had taken so long and they felt bad for that (even though it was not even close to their fault) they didn't even charge me to put the screen on! Nor was I ever charged anything for the use of the loaner phone. I couldn't be happier with the way this all worked out. This is honestly my first review of any product or service, and I've written it as a thank you to these guys. They really went above and beyond to help me out. I've been in there a lot in the last few months and I've seen other things that make me think this really is the only place in town worth going to. There was some lady in there who's speaker stopped working on her phone, so the guys replaced it. However, that didn't seem to be the problem because it still didn't work so they didn't charge her anything! They agreed to take a look at it again on the weekend when the lady had more time. If you've made it through this novel of a review and believe anything I've said, give these guys your business because I promise you will not regret it. Trevor read more
