He…read morecould live life without an iPad or I could listen to him whine and cry all day, especially on long car rides. Well, against my better judgement, I decided to get his screen replaced. I shopped around to get the best deal and this place ended up having the best price. They also had a relatively quick turnaround. I was quoted 3 days, but it was ready within a day, which was nice. They fix all types of cell phone, tablets, and computers. Not only do they fixed cracked screens, they sell used/refurbished products as well. They also do general repairs like battery replacements, fixes charging port or software/boot up issues. The shop is kind of tucked away in a small strip mall, but not too hard to find. They were very responsive to my request and needs. I called an asked them how much it would cost and they gave me a straight forward answer. The man working the counter was very friendly and helpful. My kids iPad was as good as new and now has a new life. Having two young kids, I am sure that this will not be the last time that I will need a screen repaired. This will probably be my first stop when I do. I highly recommend checking out this place for your cracked screen needs.

Thank goodness I had apple care, so I had to go to the Apple Store but before going I had made an appointment. I only had to wait about 5-10min from when I walked into the store and told them who I was and what I was needing until the person came to check out my phone. They had noticed that didn't have the part to fix my phone that day but said the item would possibly be a week or so before it came in. The employee was great at explaining everything to me. It ended up being two days later the part was in and I was able to get my phone fixed. I didn't have to pay anything due to having Apple care. It took them about 2 hours to fix my phone so I left the store and came back. They had my phone ready and the screen looked like it never was messed up when I picked it up. I was happy about the wonderful customer service and also how organized the store was. I had bought wall cube because I noticed my phone had been charging slow which the guy explained to me what the issue was and recommended for me to buy a cube in order to assist with that issue. Since buying the cube my phone has been charging like a champion!

They also will help you with your Apple products if you don't understand them and if you want to be an apple expert, they even hold classes to teach you how to use their products. When ever I tell that to my friends they are shocked because they didn't know they held FREE classes. The fashion mall can be a little overwhelming but there is an entrance to the Apple Store without having to go inside the mall. You really have to check this store out. They are always busy so if you will want to make an appointment ahead of time if you need help with your Apple products or you will have a long wait if you just walk in.

On August 15, 2024, I brought my device into a MacExperience shop with a pairing issue. The clerk observed the pairing issue and advised that my item was under warranty and would be repaired. The "system" was down, so I hand wrote my name, email address, mailing address, and phone number on a sheet of paper that contained no disclaimer or "fine print." More importantly, the clerk, after examining my device, wrote "won't pair" as my device's issue. As detailed below an shown in the exhibits, MacExperience (1) confirmed the diagnosis and (2) provided written assurance to repair or arrange for the repair of my device. On August 16, 2024, I received the following update from MacExperience: "Our technicians have diagnosed your repair and ordered part(s). Once the part(s) have arrived, the technician will begin the repair and you will be notified when the repair has been completed." (See Exhibit B). On August 19, 2024, I received the update that, "Our technicians have shipped your device to one of Apple's repair centers for repair. Most mail-in repairs take 5-10 days from the time they are shipped to be completed and returned to our store." However, MacExperience, notified me that would not honor their written promise because an Apple technician detected "liquid damage" with no further explanation. Neither the MacExperience clerk nor I observed any liquid damage when the MacExperience clerk examined my device; again, after examining, he wrote "won't pair" on the intake form. When pressed on honoring its written promise, MacExperience blamed "automated notifications." Keep this lack of integrity in mind when determining where to go for a Mac repair.
