I shopped around to get the best deal and this place ended up having the best price. They also had a relatively quick turnaround. I was quoted 3 days, but it was ready within a day, which was nice. They fix all types of cell phone, tablets, and computers. Not only do they fixed cracked screens, they sell used/refurbished products as well. They also do general repairs like battery replacements, fixes charging port or software/boot up issues. The shop is kind of tucked away in a small strip mall, but not too hard to find. They were very responsive to my request and needs. I called an asked them how much it would cost and they gave me a straight forward answer. The man working the counter was very friendly and helpful. My kids iPad was as good as new and now has a new life. Having two young kids, I am sure that this will not be the last time that I will need a screen repaired. Well I go in and they tried to make up some excuse as to why they didn't call. They un-fixed what they did. They also give you copies of windows that Microsoft has disabled due to abuse. I really wish I could give a negative rating. It's so obvious they don't care about the customer and that they all hate there jobs. You walk in and they are like "wtf are you doing here". Microcenter had my laptop for over two weeks and gave it back to me with a new screen. Once I got it back less than a day of use my laptop went completely dark. I took it back to Microcenter where the cashier let me know that they'll look at it again under the same ticket from when they had it. He also let me know that they ONLY replaced my screen- they did nothing for liquid. A week goes by- I have no text, email, nothing from micro center. You cannot reach the store at all- you have to go through multiple 800 numbers and be transferred. After finally speaking to someone they let me know I wasn't checked in correctly and they were sorry - less than an hour later I get a text that my motherboard fried due to liquid... The manager texts me telling my they'll transfer my data if able to for free- they then fight and charge me it the next day. I had to walk back inside and send the screenshots in order to get my data xfer for free... I will never be back.

I had to come to the Apple Store because my fell out of my hand and ended up having green light on…read morethe screen. Thank goodness I had apple care, so I had to go to the Apple Store but before going I had made an appointment. I only had to wait about 5-10min from when I walked into the store and told them who I was and what I was needing until the person came to check out my phone. They had noticed that didn't have the part to fix my phone that day but said the item would possibly be a week or so before it came in. The employee was great at explaining everything to me. It ended up being two days later the part was in and I was able to get my phone fixed. I didn't have to pay anything due to having Apple care. It took them about 2 hours to fix my phone so I left the store and came back. They had my phone ready and the screen looked like it never was messed up when I picked it up. I was happy about the wonderful customer service and also how organized the store was. I had bought wall cube because I noticed my phone had been charging slow which the guy explained to me what the issue was and recommended for me to buy a cube in order to assist with that issue.
