She was responsive via email, patient, kind, and professional. She used my inspiration photos and nailed what I had in mind. I wanted a race car theme, but I didn't want the standard red, black, and yellow colors. I used a color scheme that matched the interior of my home. Lisa showed up on time the day of, and she got the balloons setup in under an hour. She set them up on Saturday, May 27 and I just now took them down on Monday, June 5!
