So it's off the beaten path about 15 minute drive from Killington. The place is well kept and maintained and for 75 balls at $7.00, a great price. The place is a little hard to find because apparently the owner runs an Oil & fuel business, and the driving range is behind the business on the right hand side. Once you spot the PGA sigh just pull in where the oil trucks are and you are there. The driving range is well maintained, places to hold your clubs. They really don't have any formal hours because payment for your bucket of balls is on the honor system, so you go in sign they're sales journal and drop your cash into a locked mailbox. It's as simple as it gets but bring either a $5 or $7 depending on how many balls you want to hit. My only complaint or really suggestion would be for him to add different yard markers and perhaps a Flag and green type area so you could truly measure you drives and distance. Otherwise it works and I would come back.

On a busy Saturday, that would be a stretch. "Driving range" was just a few grass mats where you hit balls off a cliff; interesting. Course was nice, needed a little water. And the rough was deep. I'm not sure if this on purpose or a lack of maintenance. Course had nice views. Very hilly, some blind shots, but not as many as Killington. It was very tough to figure out how to get to the next hole, we had to turn around a few times. After we finished the round, we wanted to check out the bar and maybe grab a bite to eat. However, there is no bar or restaurant. Just a snack window, though it appears the food they were producing was high quality. Overall, for $120, I'd rather go to Green Mountain. Though, Fox Run is still be best course "around" - hands down.

The club is beautiful and well maintained. The service from the pro shop to the club house was excellent. Members and staff were very friendly and created an inviting atmosphere. In Burlington, Vermont - the Burlington Country Club is the best value (while still considering atmosphere) up there. It's less than half the cost of most other venues and they cater in-house. They've got a great, wide, covered terrace that works great for formals in the rain (I've had to do it more than once). The food is wedding food but I've had much, much worse. The staff is very efficient and the catering manager is on the ball. For an urban, indoor environment it's pretty great.
