To this point, I had pretty much given up on my teeth, but now I've never felt so good about the state of my oral health. Dr. Kemmet and his staff take the time to really get to know you and truly care about your overall health, not just your teeth! Everybody there knows my name and is so warm and welcoming. When I'm getting treatment the are always make sure I'm comfortable and minimize my pain as much as possible. They were patient and did not make me feel bad when I had to think about our options, the information was put out there and they did not pressure me to make a decision right away. I really appreciated that. I feel like we are making good progress and I have no concerns about the quality of care. The information I got from another local place was almost 2000 more for the same work. Another reason we chose Prestwich is because they use universal brackets so if we move, her care can continue as is without costly changes. I am very glad we chose Prestwich.

Friends, my original post on this clinic was very happy and grateful. I had really liked their…read moreservices and was glad to celebrate their good work in the community. Yeah! But then, I got a bill. Without going into details (this is healthcare !), I had come here several times for something and been told I was "ok for the sliding scale," and was asked to just pay a $20 copay. I asked several times about an application, should I fill one out? How do I know I am ok for the sliding scale? And was told by the receptionist that "everything is ok, you're good." Well, alright. I guess. The services otherwise were ok and I appreciated the 'sliding scale' fee. But when I called about the bill - whoa! Apparently yes I did have to fill out an application and no, I had never been given one. So, now because of this (ahem) oversight on the part of the receptionist, all my payments for the previous two months were due and came to over $1500. I would never have come if I was going to be charged that amount, but I did come because I could afford the lowered payments. The billing office stated that since I had never filled out the application, I was now responsible for all previous charges and there would be no back coverage for any application I would fill out. They were not willing to consider that their own receptionist did not give me an application even when I asked several times to fill one out. Surprisingly, there was no apology for their oversight either. So, come here at your own risk and be prepared. PS - I fought this bill all the way to the CFO of the company, who was very angry and irritated with my 'bothering all her employees.' Wow! She was willing to cut the bill in half and didn't seem to understand why I was still so angry. I should be grateful for all she had done for me, right? Double wow! The fact that her employee's error had cost me a great deal of money and now I had to pay over inflated medical prices did not seem to register. Great way to build community relations, and encourage people to use your services.

They called me the day of the appointment to assure I knew where the location was. The office was clean? Wait time was less than 30 min. Front desk staff were polite & professional. Tami assisted me and did great patient teaching on what was going to be performed today. Dr. Ritter was so friendly. Tami did my cleaning and did such an amazing job, I've had cleanings before, but I have never had one so thorough. She took her time and suctioned every time I needed so. My teeth are bad and they made me feel so comfortable. They referred me to an ortho and overall I love this place. I will tell everyone about this place. The staff was professional, the place was clean, and professionalism was like no other.

The first time my husband went in he had tooth pain and they discovered a very detrimental issue in his jaw that required immediate surgical attention. The dentist made him come back in on a Saturday -- guys, a SATURDAY. We spent a lot of money repairing his jaw/mouth but it was so worth it and we are so appreciative of the attention we received. Ever since that incident, we visit this office for our routine cleanings. The office: - is clean - provides drinks and snacks - plays music during the cleaning - has the dentist complete the cleaning!
