If it's homemade, but just for some reason they cooked everything ahead of time, that makes me take off stars. If it's a frozen burrito, also I'd take off stars. Either way, it's a disappointing experience. Now, the owner was really nice. Problem is, you can't be microwaving burritos in front of customers. That's just a big red flag. Unfortunately, we were the only customers, so I didn't realize this was the case until after we paid. Just please make them bigger and to order, and you'd have a winning combination people would come back for. Until then, I can't recommend this restaurant.

In general the pizza is slightly thin but has a bit of a chewy crust. The crust appears to be well cooked but still comes out moist and tasty. All pizzas are 12 inches in size. A 12" pizza is enough for two people to share. The Bhan Mi pizza has a nice Thai taste. The topping were very fresh and the sauce has a bit of a zip to it. The meat pizza had plenty of toppings. The Italian sausage and pepperoni had a good spice to go along with the cheese. The Packed Supremo pizza was a nice "supreme" option. There were plenty of veggie and meat toppings. It is located in the strip mall near the Purdue Fort Wayne campus housing. The shop is very modern, attractive, comfortable and inviting. It feels like Sister Pho is targeting a younger 20 something market - perhaps the nearby student population. The atmosphere is very youthful with Nelly and Ne-Ya music playing on the TV. The service team was very youthful, kind and customer focused. You will access the menu on the QR code - no paper option. Their menu is very large and attractive. Sandwiches, Pho noodle soups, vermicelli bowls, fried rice, special rice dishes and spring rolls comprise the menu. It is my opinion that their prices are higher than the average FW Pho restaurant (or at least my regular Pho place). Note: I included clips of the online menu for your review here. Here is a rundown on the things we ordered: -Spring Rolls: two very fresh tasting shrimp & pork rolls for $8. The insides were very fresh and light tasting. The shrimp and pork were tender, soft and nicely cool/crisp to taste. The peanut sauce was very tasty. It was moderately thick and had a bolder peanut/soy/chili/garlic taste. -Egg Roll: two thin and crispy rolls for $6. The wrapper was soft with a nice crisp. It was a bit oily as most are. The insides were very fresh. The small pork pieces were tender and tasty as well. The side of sweet chili dipping sauce was perfect - sweet with a slight zing/kick. -Crab Rangoon: two large pieces for $7. The wanton wrapper was nicely fried to a slightly oily crisp. Edges were more crunchy than the soft middle. The crab/creme cheese filling had a more pronounced crab flavor - greater than most Rangoon's. The filling was also soft, creamy and smooth to taste. Overall...the facility was very attractive and the food was very good. Honestly, I wasn't very hungry so we went with the lighter and smaller menu items. For example, on the second Thursday of the month from 5 pm to 8 pm you can visit for slam poetry.
