I visited 16 days later, and saw it...it was totally dead...every part of it. My sister said she watered it. Roots were all over the dirt...but i'd never see a plant so D-E-A-D. I chose not to make a fuss when visiting and today, my first day back i lodged a complaint. I attempted to get either a new plant sent or reimbursed. I spoke w/McKenzie (not the owner) but got a call back from some gal (Owner?) who said she could neither reimburse or replace because of their policy. Apparently, one has 24 hrs. from order/arrival to complain or eat it. So, yeah, choose another florist.

Molly Malones lost 2 customers today and will be receiving a full return of the products my mother purchased that day. My customers would never receive this type of service. Clearly the owner cares more about the $25 i spent 3 years ago than the hundreds to thousands she just lost. Spend your money elsewhere people where your dollar is appreciated in these hard times. The shop is a house and sits off the road a few feet so you may not think it's a business, but it's there. My wife and I stopped to look at Mrs. Ruth's Christmas trees in Mooresville, today. And it was a…read morefantastic experience! We met the owners, Sean and his Mom, Julie. This property used to be part of a back yard and Sean used to rake the leaves from two, large pin oaks. Now the land has been made into the perfect place to look/buy a tree. The owners put 4" pipe into the ground at regular intervals. The fresh trees are put into individual pipe stands and the pipe for each tree is filled with water, nightly. Their trees are fresh and well trimmed so they look great. We were there about five minutes before we found a great tree. And very competitive prices. We drove about twenty miles to get to Mooresville but it was worth it.

She introduced us to the furniture designers/creators and we got to see some live work in progress-they were also friendly and awesome!
