We thought it would be a good place to start because their tile inventory has "more than 35,000 tiles to select from." Specifically, we were in search of porcelain floor tiles and our search started with a conversation with Debbie, who directed us to the myriad of porcelain floor tiles in every shape, color, texture, pattern, and style you can possibly imagine. After a long deliberation, we emerged with a clear favorite we'll probably buy very soon -at around $10/SF. What a great alternative to the big box stores!

We went in to look at backsplash for work we are having done in our kitchen . The lone person (…read morewoman) working in the store ignored us until I asked for help, the phone then rang and she spent about 15 minutes talking on the phone ( sounded like a personal phone call), then came out of her office, Ignored us again and spent about 15 more minutes talking to a woman who came into the store after us. We finally just left. We will not go back or recommend this store . All she had to do was say " sorry, I'll be with you in a few minutes", but she acted like we weren't there. There is no excuse for the rudeness we encountered.

After day 1 all the tiles in our back porch were even and solidly affixed (even cracked tiles I did not know about) and a particularly loose tile in front had been carefully reset. The area around the fireplace, with uneven flooring, was another project for another day (we had to order new tile) but I am very pleased with the result! Reasonably priced, efficient, and highly skilled, Dr. Tile is a licensed contractor who can address a variety of problems, curing all manner of sickly tiles. I strongly recommend his services! Here is the laundry list of services they performed: - Demoed the kitchen - Moved electrical and plumbing - Replaced light switches and outlets. - Installed new luxury vinyl flooring - Coordinated the addition and hook-up of gas to the kitchen for the oven. - Installed custom cabinets - Installed new appliances - Installed a hood range and created the vent to the outside. - Tiled the kitchen backsplash, which included accent pieces, and the half bath floor - Hooked up new sink and faucets - Updated the light fixtures - Replaced all the quarter round and added new base where needed. - Cut and hung 4 picture shelves so they met in the corner in the living room. - Hung floating shelves, mirror, towel rack, and toilet paper holder in half bathroom. - Installed shiplap in living room and half bathroom. - Applied restrictors to the new cabinet doors for me. They were flexible with me and allowed me to paint in between activities, they were fun to work with, and I think they were reasonably priced. I definitely recommend JD General Contracting and plan to use them in the future for the main bathroom renovation.

Due to some roots they were unable to add the metal edging around the trees. Got some different options and went with some stone work which was done so beautifully. The crew also noticed the new deck that was built for the pool was built very poorly and suggested I contact the construction company. I did on their suggestion and the construction company admitted to their poor build and decided to rip it down and rebuild with new material and a new crew.
