I called to make an appointment and the owner, Fiske, answered the call and made me feel very welcome. When I arrived at my appointment, he was very professional and explained how the digitizing process works. (It is a very labor intensive process that takes time to do). Once they were finished digitizing, they gave me a thumb drive with all my photos on it. They also kept the original photos for me in case I wanted them back - which I didn't. Fiske was able to dispose of them for me and save me the hassle. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to digitize and preserve their photos, VCR tapes or DVD's. They are very professional and easy to work with. In the end, I felt as if I had made a friend in Fiske.
