The third associate, Belinda, went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for by checking the back storeroom for me and asking me how many of the item I needed. Five minutes later, she came back with arms full of the wood logs I was looking for! She was so helpful and I had a great experience in the store because of her and the helpful of the other team members. I look forward to going back.

Classy. Then my daughter politely asked her a question and she responded with the nastiest attitude for absolutely no reason. Imagine being rude to a child just because you're miserable at work. Customer service clearly isn't everyone's strong suit, but openly talking about families and snapping at kids is wild behavior. Maybe less gossiping about customers and more training on basic human decency would help. We'll gladly spend our money somewhere people actually know how to act.

All different kinds of toys and brands. I like that they have baskets and lower shelves (unlike a certain other toy store in VA Beach.) They still do the little plastic bag gimmick where you have to take down every single one to get to the one you want in the back. I have found lots of cool items here. I mainly prefer the wrestling and horror figures. They also were cool enough to allow us to have one of the display cases when we wanted to purchase the whole lot one time of a certain collection. Prices vary, some are good while others are not so good, but that's expected. Service was pretty good each time as well. Plenty of cool finds. The people who work at the frame shop are nice and do a very good job. Framing is expensive but with their discounts you feel a tad better. The man that I always see working in the shop is kind and knows a great deal about all of the games that the store has to offer. He's always willing to help find the game of your liking.
