Most of them will push you to buy or sell quickly to make that quick commission. Not with Truc, he represented us and acted in our best interest, always patience and professional. I was referred to Truc by another associate. After I reached out, Truc and I had a quick phone call to figure out what I was looking for. Through the entire process, Truc was always incredibly patience and professional. We spent so much time going from houses to houses in different cities, some up to 30 minutes away, some was just short drive. Each house we visited, Truc would discuss with us on the pros and cons of each house, strategy on placing a bid at what price point, the area, school, cost of repairs and renovation or if it's even a good fit for us. When we finally found the house we wanted, we ran into issues dealing with the loan company and had to switch to a different bank. Truc was there to back us up in dealing with seller and seller agent, making sure we were well taken care off and protecting our earnest money deposited. I met Andrew during an event last year before I knew he was a realtor. He kept in contact…read morethroughout the time, but never asked me if I was interested in buying or selling. Rather, Andrew talked to me just to talk to me like a human being and not a person to make money off. It was for this reason that I reached out to Andrew when my wife and I finally thought about relocating to a new neighborhood. The first thing that impressed me about Andrew was he did his research. When we told him we wanted to sell, he started researching the neighborhood and past sales and provided a comprehensive assessment of how much he believed the home could sell for. He also was not pushy whatsoever and answered any questions or concerns that we had about selling and buying a home. He broke down every scenario and even told us that we could opt out if we ultimately felt uncomfortable. This was enough for us to go with it. He hired a photographer to come by and do drone footage, virtual tours, and pictures. He listed everything and kept us up to date of everything going on at all times. When helping us find a home, he was patient - I believe we spent almost 6 weeks of just looking at homes every weekend. He told us to always put in an offer on any home we were interested in and we did. I think our offers were declined almost 7-8 times before we landed on a home. During this time Andrew was patient and talked to us about our interests and stuff to keep us calm. He never pushed homes, rather, he was more interested in what we wanted as a family. Once we finally found a buyer and a seller, a lot of things happened so fast that it was a blue. However, Andrew kept us in the loop of everything from escrows to closing to move dates and so forth.
